Claims (7)

  1. 알킬화 촉매 존재하에 에틸렌으로 베젠을 알킬화시켜 주로 미반응 베젠, 에틸벤젠, 폴리에틸렌벤젠 및 더 무거운 물질로 이루어진 알킬화된 생성물을 수득하고 275 내지 310℃(대기압 하에서)의 비점 범위를 갖는 유분을 그것에서 회수하기 위해 언급한 알킬화된 생성물을 증류시키며; 회수된 유분을 질산 및 물의 올합물과 함께 가열하고; 필요한 경우에는 정제를 수행하며; 또한 증류를 수행하여 그로부터 하기 일반식 (I)로 표시되는 3-에틸 벤조페논을 회수하는 단계를 포함하는 3-에틸 벤조페논의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알킬화 촉매가 염화 알루미늄을 포함하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 알킬화반응이 염화 알루미늄을 포함하는 상기 알킬화 촉매의 존재하에, 약 0 내지 175℃에서 실시되는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 질산(100%질산)대 상기 유분의 종량비가 0.03:1 내지 3:1의 범위내인 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 질산(100%질산)대 상기 유분의 종량비가 0.1:1 내지 2:1의 범위내인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유분이 30 내지 150℃에서 질산과 물로된 상기 혼합물롸 함께 가열되는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 질산과 물의 혼합물에서 100%질산 대 물의 종량비가 1:20 내지 1:1의 범위내인 방법
