제2도는 비스안트렌의 선택된 매체 및 생물학적 액체에 대한 용해도를 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. (a) 소수성 약물을 소수성 약물이 염기성인 경우 C6-C20포화 또는 불포화 지방족 또는 방향족 산으로 부터 선택된 그리고 소수성 약물이 산성인 경우 제약상 허용되는 지방족 또는 방향족 아민으로 부터 선택된 이온쌍 형성제와 반응시켜 이온-쌍을 형성하고:
    (b) 상기 이온-쌍을 물;(i) 천연산 식물유 및 (ii) 반합성모노, 디, 또는 트리글리세라이드로 부터 선택된 제약상 허용되는 유성 운반체 또는 오일 ; 계면활성제 또는 유화제 및 보조 계면활성제 또는 보조유화제와 혼합하여 수중유 유제를 형성시키는 단계들을 특징으로 하는 균질화된 약제 조성물의 제조방법.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유제를 8000~15000p.s.i. 압력하에서 균질화시켜 입자크기를 0.170~0.5미크론으로 감소시키는 방법.
