Claims (7)

  1. - 50℃와 ＋ 80℃ 사이에서 사용 가능하여 60℃ 이하의 옥도에서 주입시킬 수 있는, 최소한 하나 이상의 광섬유를 함유하는 케이블의 충진 조성물에 있어서,
    ⅰ) 40℃에서의 점도가 7000mm2s-1이하인 최소한 하나의 윤활성염 80-95중량%,
    ⅱ) 히드록시 치환된 소수성 과포화 지방산 알칼리염 단독 또는 알칼리 및/혹은 알칼리토금속류와의 과포화 지방산 알칼리염의 혼합물, 벤톤 그리고 콜로이드성 실리카로 구성된 군에 속하는 겔생성물 20-5중량%로 구성되었으며 적점이 120℃ 이상이고 콘 투과율이 25℃에서는 250과 400×1/10mm이고 -40℃에서는 150과 250×1/10mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 충진 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 윤활성염이 하나 이상의 포리올레핀을 함유하며 흐름점이 -30℃ 또는 그 이하이고 인화점은 120℃ 또는 그 이하이고 100℃에서의 점도가 20㎟s-1이하인 합성염 X와 분자량이 200과 500 사이이고 응고점이 -60℃에서 -30℃ 사이인 하나 이상의 알킬벤젠, 모노 또는 포리알킬로 구성된 합성염 Y중 하나 또는 둘을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충진 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 86-92중량%로 함유된 윤활성 염이
    ⅰ) 100℃에서의 점도가 6㎟s-1또는 그 이하인 최소한 하나의 X를 50-91중량%
    ⅱ) 분자량이 300과 400 사이인 최소한 하나의 Y를 50-9중량%,
    히드록시 치환된 소수성 과포화 지방산 알칼리염 단독 또는 알칼리 또는 알칼리로금속류와의 과포화 지방산 알칼리염의 혼합물중에서 선택된 교화제를 14-8중량% 함유하며 적점이 135℃ 이상이고 콘투과율이 25℃에서는 290과 340×1/10mm 사이이고 -40℃에서는 150과 250×1/10mm 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 충진 조성물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 86-92중량%로 함유된 윤활성 염이, 분자량이 250과 400사이인 최소한 하나의 Y와 히드록시 치환된 소수성 과포환 자방산 알칼리염 단독 또는 알칼리 및/혹은 알칼리토금속류와의 과포화 지방산 알칼리염의 혼합물에서 선택된 교화제 14-8중량%로 구성되었으며 적점이 140℃ 와 145℃ 사이인 콘 투과율이 25℃에서는 290과 340×1/10mm사이, -40℃에서는 150과 200×1/10mm 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 충진 조성물.
  5. 제1항에서 4항까지의 어느 한항에 있어서, 교화제가 알칼리 또는 알칼리로금속류의 히드록시 스테아레이트 특히 칼슘 12-히드록시스테아레이트인것을 특징으로 하는 충진 조성물.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 85-95중량%의 윤활성 염이 100℃에서의 점도가 6㎟s-1또는 그 이하인 최소한 하나의 염, 분자량이 250과 450 사이이고 응고점이 -60℃와 -30℃ 사이인 최소한 하나의 염 Y 50-10중량% 벤톤과 콜로이드 실리카로 구성된 군에서 선택된 최소한 하나의 교화제 15-5중량%로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 충진 조성물.
  7. 제2항에 있어서,
    -흐름점이 -30℃ 이하이고 100℃에서의 점도가 6㎟s-1이하. -40℃에서의 점도가 7000㎟s-1인 X 염 또는 포리올레핀 85-95%,
    -교화제로서의 콜로이드 실리카 15-5중량%가 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 충진 조성물.
