Claims (11)

  1. 산촉매의 존재하 물과 공비물질(azeotrope)을 형성할 수 있는 유기용매중 말레인암산을 가열 반응시키면서 상기 반응도중 생성되는 물을 상기 유기용매와 공비물질의 형태로써 반응계로부터 제거함으로써 상기 말레인암산을 페환 이미드화 반응시키는 것으로 구성된 말레이미드의 제조 방법으로서, 상기 폐환 이미드화 반응 완료후에 유기용 매층으로부터 산촉매층을 분리 회수하고 이를 상기 폐환 이미드화 반응단계에 반복사용 코자 순환시킴을 특징으로 하는 말레이미드의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응이 120°-250℃의 온도 범위에서 진행되는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응의 온도가 130°-220℃인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산촉매의 양이 상기 말레인암산에 대하여 2-400몰%인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매층으로부터 분리된 산촉매층이 120°-250℃의 온도 범위를 유지하면서 다음 단계의 폐환이미드화 반응에 순환되는 방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폐환 이미드화 반응이 안정제 및 아연, 크롬, 코발트, 니켈, 철, 알루미늄 및 팔라듐으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 금속을 함유하는 화합물의 존재하에 진행되는 방법.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 산촉매가 황산, 황산 무수물, p-톨루엔술폰산, 오르토인산, 메타인산 및 피로인산으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 하나이상의 산인 방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 금속을 함유한 화합물이 아연함유 화합물인 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 아연함유 화합물이 아연아세테이트인 방법.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 안정제가 퀴는류, 페놀류, 티오-프로피온산 에스테르, 디티오카르바메이트, 살리실레이트, 알킬화디페닐아민, 페노티아진, 메르캅토이미다졸 및 트리페닐포스페이트류로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 하나이상의 화합물인 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매층으로부터 회수된 산촉 매층이 상기 폐환이미드화 반응 단계에 순환되기 이전에 거기에 5-20중량%의 물을 가하는 방법.
