Claims (6)

  1. a. 약 100-350(10-1mm)의 원뿔관입 및 50％ 이상의 극한신장을 갖는 탄성중합체 밀봉제 및 b. 탄성중합체 밀봉제의 표면접착성을 감소시키고, 기재 위에 탄성중합체 밀봉제를 설치하기 위해 탄성중합체 밀봉제의 표면에 충분히 점착하는 공기건조 또는 공기경화물질로 구성되는 탄성중합체 밀봉제의 표면에 부착된 백킹물질의 결합으로 구성되는 밀봉제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 탄성중합체 밀봉제가 폴리우레탄, 유기폴리실록산, 트리블록 공중합체로 구성되고, 백킹물질이 래커 또는 폴리비닐클로라이드로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 밀봉제.
  3. 약 100-350(10-1mm)의 원뿔관입을 갖는 탄성중합체 밀봉제의 표면에 탄성중합체 밀봉제의 표면접착성을 감소시키고 기재위에 탄성중합체 밀봉제를 설치할 수 있도록 탄성중합체 밀봉제의 표면에 충분히 점착하는 공기건조 또는 공기경화물질로 구성되는 백킹물질을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 밀봉제 형성방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 탄성중합체 밀봉제가 폴리우레탄 유기폴리실록산, 트리블록공중합체로 구성되고 백킹물질이 래커 또는 폴리비닐클로라이드로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. a. 약 100-350(10-1mm)의 원뿔관입 및 50％ 이상의 극한신장을 갖는 탄성중합체 밀봉제 및 b. 탄성중합체 밀봉제의 표면 접착성을 감소시키고, 기재 위에 탄성중합체 밀봉제를 설치하기 위해 탄성중합체 밀봉제의 표면에 충분히 점착하는 공기 건조 또는 공기 경화물질로 구성되는 탄성중합체 밀봉제의 표면에 부착된 백킹물질로 구성되는 밀봉제를 기재에 사용하여 기재를 보호하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 탄성중합체 밀봉제가 폴리우레탄, 유기폴리실록산 트리블록공중합체로 구성되고 백킹물질이 래커 또는 폴리비닐클로라이드로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
