Claims (8)

  1. 썩기 쉬운 상품들을 포장하는데 사용되는 밸브에 있어서, 두개의 벽과 각각의 벽에 서로 경사지게 배치된 출구와 입구를 가지는 격실을 포함하며, 상기 벽들중의 한 벽은 다른 벽 방향으로 탄력적으로 변형 가능하며, 변형되었을때는 그 변형 가능한 벽이 다른 벽과 아주 밀접하게 접촉하게 되어 밸브에 있는 입구와 출구사이의 연결이 제지되는 밸브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 두 벽들이 서로 다른 탄력성을 가지는 밸브.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 벽의 일부가 스프링을 형성하는 형태인 밸브.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 스프링이 S또는 Z형인 밸브.
  5. 상기 항들중 어느한항에 있어서, 벽들중 하나의 내부표면이 입력에 민감한 점착성의 표면인 밸브.
  6. 상기 항들중 어느 한 항에 따르는 밸브를 합체시킨 용기.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 열가소성 물질로 만들어진 백을 포함하며, 그 벽의 일부분이 밸브의 벽 구성하는 용기.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 고체 혹은 반고체의 벽들을 가지는 상자갑과 얇은 변형 가능한 박막으로 이루어진 리드(lid)를 포함하며, 상자갑과 박막은 둘다 모두 열가소성 물질로 이루어지며, 상자갑과 리드의 벽의 일부가 밸브의 벽을 구성하는 밸브.
