본 고안은 회로기판(PCB)에 삽입되는 접점측정용 핀을 성형 및 삽입시키기 위한 핀의 자동성형 및 삽입장치에 관한 것이다. 일반적으로 전자제품에 사용되는 회로구성부품들은 회로기판이라 하는 판넬상면에 일목요연하게 배치되고 배치된 부품들은 판넬하면에 접점이 형성되어 각 부품끼리 납땜질되어 연결되어지며, 정밀하고 복잡한 회로기판은 부품이 설치된 상태에서 물처럼 녹아있는 납통에 그 하면이 넣어져 납으로 연결되는 방법으로 각종 전자제품의 회로가 연결되었다. 그러나 이렇게 복잡하고 정밀한 기계적 부품들이 배치된 상태에서 회로단락에 의한 전자제품의 고장유무를 발견한다는 것은 매우 어렵고 번거로운 작업이었던 것이다. 즉, 사용도중에 고장이난 전자제품의 기능을 되살리기 위해서는, 전자제품의 작동순서와 상태를 지시연결하는 회로기판의 고장유무를 우선으로 검사하여야 하므로서, 본체에 고정장착된 회로기판의 주위에 설치되어 있는 기계적 부품들을 본체로부터 분리시킨후, 다시 회로기판을 떼어내야 하는 작업이 선행되야 한다.The present invention relates to a device for automatically forming and inserting a pin for molding and inserting a contact measuring pin inserted into a circuit board (PCB).
