Claims (1)
- 핵산 관련 물질 함유 발효액을 정제 및 회수함에 있어 한외여과막을 이용해 균체를 분리하고 역삼투압을 이용해 이온교환수지 공정을 단순화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 막분리를 이용한 핵산 함유 발효액의 정제방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
