Claims (12)

  1. 가변 공기희석식 담배를 만들기 위해 담배봉에 부착되는 가변공기희석식 담배필터 조립체에 있어서, 상기 필터 조립체는 슬리브의 원주벽을 통해 통과하는 적어도 하나의 공기 슬롯을 가지는 얇고 보통 강성인 원통형 슬리브와, 성기 슬리브내에 위치되는 필터봉과, 상기 슬리브와 상기 필터봉간의 회전을 허용하면서 상기 슬리브내의 상기 필터봉을 유지하기 위한 상기 슬리브내의 유지수단과 상기 슬리브와 상기 필터봉의 상대적인 호전에 따라 상기 공기슬롯을 통해 상기 필터봉으로의 희석공기흐름을 조절하기 위한 수단을 포함하고 있는 것이 특징이 가변 공기희석식 담배필터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유지수단은 상기 슬리브 내벽상에 있는 반경방향의 내향 연장 게단을 포함하는 것이 특징인 가변 공기희석식 담배필터.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 계단은 다수의 환형링인 것이 특징인 가변 공기희석식 담배필터.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 계단은 상기 슬리브의 상기 내벽상에 있는 나선형 나사인 것이 특징인 가변 공기희석식 담배필터.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필트봉은 보통 불침투성 필터랩을 포함하는 것이 특징인 가변 공기희석식 담배필터.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 피터랩은 공기 침투부분을 포함하고, 상기 슬리브의 공기 슬롯은 상기 필터랩의 공기 침투부분의 선택된 부분과 일치할 수 있어, 상기 필터봉으로 들어가는 희석공기의 양은 상기 공기침투 부분과 상기 공기 슬롯과의 일치되는 양에 의존되는 것이 특징인 가변 공기희석식 담배필터.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 필터랩의 상기 공기침투 부분은 슬롯인 것이 특징인 가변 공기희석식 담배필터.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브와 상기 필터봉간의 길이방향 이동을 위한 상기 슬리브와 상기 필터봉의 상대적인 회전으로 상기 슬롯을 통해 상기 필터봉으로 통과하는 희석공기의 양이 변화되는 것이 특징인 가변 공기희석식 담배필터.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 다수의 상기 슬롯은 그 제1단부로부터 상기 슬리브를 따라 길이방향으로 연장하는 것이 특징인 가변 공기 희석식 담배필터.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브의 제1단부는 상기 담배봉에 접합되며, 공기희석을 증가시키기 위하여 상기 슬리브와 상기 필터봉의 상대적인 회전은 상기 필터봉과의 중첩관계로부터 상기 슬롯을 움직이게하고 상기 담배봉과 상기 슬리브의 접합부 사이의 실을 형성하는 것이 특징인 가변 공기 희석식 담배필터.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 최대 공기 희석은 상기 슬리브와 상기 슬롯이 상기 실에 완전히 놓일때 이루어지는 것이 특징인 가변 공기희석식 담배필터.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브와 상기 필터봉의 대략 360°의 상대적 회전은 상기 슬롯의 길이와 같은 거리로 상기 필터에 대한 상기 슬리브의 길이방향 이동을 일으키는 것이 특징인 가변 공기희석식 담배필터.
