Claims (9)

  1. 몰비 1:2이하, 더욱 상세하게는 1:1.1 내지 1:3으로 지방산 알킬 에스테르를 SO3로 술폰화시키고, 계속해서, 염을 형성하기 위하여, 수용성 매질로 처리하기 전에 α-술폰화에 사용되지 않는 SO3에 대하여 약 0.5몰 당량 이상으로 술폰화 생성물을 트랜스에스테르 화함을 특징으로 하는 수용성 매질중에서 조악한 술포네이트를 처리하여 생성된 엷은색의 계면활성제 및 계면활성제 혼합물중의 α-술포지방산 이염의 함량 조절 및 감소방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 생성물중의 자유 알코올의 함량을 동시에 제한하기 위하여 트랜스 에스테르화에 사용되는 알코올이 약 2몰 당량 이하, 바람직하기로는 약 0.8 내지 1.3몰 당량 및 더욱 바람직하기로는 약 0.9 내지 1.1몰 당량임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 트랜스에스테르화를 40 내지 150℃, 바람직하기로는 70내지 120℃및 더욱 바람직하기로는 75내지 100℃에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1 내지 3항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 지방산 알킬 에스테르 시작물질에 존재하는 동일한 알코올이 트랜스에스테르화에 사용되고, 이 경우에 반응이 특별히 지방족 C1내지 C3모노알코올, 바람직하기로는 메탄올 및 상응하는 지방산 알킬 에스테르로 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1 내지 3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 트랜스에스테르화에 사용되는 알코올 또는 알코올 혼합물이 지방산 알킬 에스테르 시작 물질에 존재하는 것과는 상이하고, 각 경우에 반응이 알코올 성분으로서 지방족 C1내지 C3모노알코올, 특별히 메탄올에서 수행시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 자유 SO3와 반응시에, 모세관-활성 계면활성제 술페이트를 형성할 수 있는 1가 및 또는 다가 알코올을 트랜스에스테르화에 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 자유 SO3와 반응시에, 비모세관 활성 술페이트를 형성할 수 있는 1가 및/또는 다가 알코올을 트랜스에스테르화에 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1 내지 7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, α-술포화 단계에서 사용되지 않는 SO3를 α-술포지방산 에스테르에 대하여 50몰%이하, 바람직하기로는 25몰%이하를 함유하는 조악한 술포네이트를 트랜스에스테르화 시키고, 이러한 조악한 술포네이트의 술폰화 정도가 90%이상, 바람직하기로는 95%이상임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1 내지 8항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 실질적으로 자유 알코올이 곤란할 정도로 존재하지 않는, 세척활성 물질에 대하여 약10중량%이하 바람직하기로는 5중량%이하의 이염을 함유하는 계면활성제 페이스트를 생산함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
