Claims (9)
- 피도금용 스테인레스강 소재에 니켈과 코발트 이온중 적어도 한가지를 0.1g/ℓ 이상 또 유리 염산을 30g/ℓ 이상 함유하는 수용액중에서 음극전해 처리를 행하는 제1단계와, 약산성 니켈도금욕에서 니켈 또는 니켈합금을 전기도금하는 제2단계와, 계속해서 그위에 귀금속, 구리 또는 그 합금을 도금하는 제3단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스강의 금속도금방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용액은 니켈과 코발트 이온중 적어도 한가지를 0.1 내지 15g/ℓ 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스강의 금속도금방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1단계의 전해처리에서 양극으로 사용되는 것은 니켈과 코발트 중 적어도 한가지를 1 내지 50% 함유한 합금철인 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스강의 금속도금방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 양극으로서 스테인레이스강을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스강의 금속도금방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1단계의 전해처리는 음극의 전류밀도 1 내지 100A/dm2에서 1 내지 180초 동안 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스강의 금속도금 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2단계에서 사용하는 도금욕은 pH가 2 내지 4인 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스강의 금속도금방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 도금욕의 주성분은 니켈설파메이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스강의 금속도금방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2단계에서 니켈 또는 니켈합금으로 형성된 도금층의 그 두께가 0.05 내지 0.5μ인 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스강의 금속도금방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제1단계의 전해처리는 음극의 전류밀도 1 내지 10A/dm2에서 1 내지 180초 동안 행하고, 니켈 또는 니켈합금을 도금하기 위한 욕으로 사용되는 도금욕은 pH가 2 내지 4인 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스강의 금속도금방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
