The present invention prevents welding between the heat transfer tube into which the coolant is introduced and the tube plates located on both sides of the heat transfer tube. The present invention relates to a heat exchanger that can be used for a long time by preventing cracks caused by the hardening of the welded portion of the tube plate and the heat pipe due to the difference in thermal expansion between the inner heat pipe and the side plate.

Conventionally known heat exchangers include those disclosed in Japanese Laid-Open Utility Model Publication (Publication No. 56-99290). Such a heat exchanger includes a pair of tube plates (A) as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 of the accompanying drawings. Both side flange parts (B) and (B) of (A) were welded to a pair of side plates (C) and (C) to heat cold water in the heat transfer pipe (E) by combustion heat of the burner (D). For example, when used as a heat exchanger such as an instant water heater, there is a difference in thermal expansion between the heat transfer tube E having cold water introduced therein and the side plate C becoming a high temperature as compared with the heat transfer tube.

As the heating and cooling by the ON and OFF of the burner (D) are repeated, the heat pipe (E) and the side plate (C) are thicker than the fin (F), so the tube plate (A) The weld part G of the heat exchanger tube E hardens | cures, and there exists a defect which a crack produces later.

The present invention aims to provide a heat exchanger having high durability by eliminating such defects, which will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

A plurality of fins 5 having a cutout portion 4 connected to a pin collar 3 for inserting the heat transfer tube 2 between the pair of tube plates 1 and 1 between the side plates 11. The pin collar 3 is formed without a cutout and a pair of pins adjacent to the tube plate 1 and 1 when the welding member 6 is inserted into the cutout 4 and fixed in welding. It is characterized by consisting of pins 5A and 5A.

As shown in FIG. 3, the plurality of fins 5 form a fin collar 3 through which the heat transfer tube 2 through which the coolant passes can be inserted therein, and at the same time, the rod-like welding member 6 can be inserted therein. The notch part 4 to which the pin collar 3 is connected is formed.

FIG. 4 shows fins 5A without cutouts, in which only fin collars 3A are formed so that only the heat transfer tubes 2 are inserted. In addition, the plurality of pins 5 and the pins 5A without cutouts are formed with the same plate thickness, and the small holes 8 and the pins majored in a pair of tube plates 1 and 1 formed of thicker plates. 5) The inner diameter of the fin collars 3 and 3A formed in (A) is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the heat exchanger tube 2.

Referring to the configuration of the heat exchanger of the present invention according to Fig. 5, the order of one tube plate 1, one fin 5A without one cutout, and the plurality of fins 5 with the cutout 4 After assembly, the heat pipes 2 are inserted into the small holes 8 and the pin collars 3A and 3 sequentially. Then, the welding member 6 is inserted into the cutouts 4 formed on the plurality of fins 5 and inserted into the heat transfer pipe 2 in the order of the pins 5A without one cutout and the one tube plate 1. Assemble and expand heat pipe (2) and fix it. Finally, the flange 10 and the side plate 11 of the cathode tube 9, the heat transfer tube 2, and the tube plate 1 are temporarily fixed by welding, and then welded in a high temperature furnace. Reference numeral 12 denotes a burner so that the cooling water in the heat transfer pipe 2 is heated by the combustion heater.

As described above, since the welding member 6 cannot be inserted into the pins 5A and 5A without a pair of cutouts, a pair of pins adjacent to the tube plate 1 and 1 even when welded in a high temperature furnace ( 5A), because the welding member 6 is melted by the pin collar 3A and cannot flow out to the tube plate 1 side, the tube plate 1 and the heat transfer tube 2 are not welded.

Therefore, as described above, the welding part of the tube plate 1 and the heat transfer tube is hardened by repeated heating and cooling by the ON and OFF of the burner, thereby reliably eliminating the defects that are generated by the crack, thereby providing a durable heat exchanger.
