제1도는 실시예 1에서 얻어진 탄소미소 중공체의 단면의 구조를 표시하는 주사형 전자현미경 사진이다. 제2도는 실시예 2에서 얻어진 탄소미소중공체의 전체도를 표시하는 주사형 전자현미경 사진이다.
Claims (8)
- 발포제로서 저비점유기용제를 혼합시킨 핏치를 4메슈 내지 425메슈(32㎛)의 입도록 분쇄하고, 이것을 상술한 저비점유기용제의 비점이상의 온도에서 순간적으로 가연을 실시하고, 발포시켜서 핏치 미소 중공체로 만들고 이것을 그대로 혹은 분급후에 산화성기체 또는 산화성액체로 처리하여 불융화하고, 이어서 불활성가스분 위기 중에서 탄화소성함을 특징으로 하는 탄소미소중공체의 제조방법.
- 전술한 제1항에 있어서 핏치는 60°씨 내지 320°씨의 범위에서 연화점을 가지는 탄소미소중공체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 자비점유기용제는 방향족 탄화수소, 지방족 탄화수소, 지환식 탄화수소 및 그것들의 혼합물에서 선택되는 탄소미소 중공체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 유기용제는 0.5 내지 20wt%의 양에서 핏치와 혼합되는 탄소미소중공체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 불활성 분위기나 진공상태에서 100°씨 내지 350°씨의온도에서 핏치와 유기용액의 혼합물을 교반하는 방법을 포함하는 탄소미소중공체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 산화성기체는 공기 NO, NO2, SO2또는 O3등인 탄소미소중공체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 산화성의 액체는 과망간 칼륨(KMNO4)초산(NHO3) 및 환산(H2SO4) 등인 탄소미소중공체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 불융화핏치 미소중공체는 비산화성분위기 중에서 600 내지 2000°씨의 온도에서 효과적인 시간동안 처리되는 탄소미소 중공체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
