Claims (9)

  1. 피처리 가스를 냉각한고, 이 가스를 부분 응축하고, 이 응축액을 증류하고, 증류탑의 정부에서 응축된 액체의 일부를 피처리가스와 함께 향류 열교환으로 증발시키는 것으로 구성되는 가스상 혼합물로부터 중질 탄화수소를 회수하는 특히, 석유 경제 잔여가스로부터 프로판, 부탄 및 펜반의 혼합물을 회수하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 탑의 정부에서 응축된 액체를 피처리가스의 냉각을 위한 최종 온도로 아냉각시키고, 증발전에 팽창시키는 것으로 구성되는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 팽창된 액체를 동일 압력에서 팽창된 탑정부의 증기와 결합시키는 것으로 구성되는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 냉각된 가스로부터 발생하는 증기를 피처리가스에 대해 향류로 순환시키고, 터어빈에서 상기 증기를 팽창시키고 상기 팽창된 액체와 결합시키는 것으로 구성되는 방법.
  5. 피처리 냉각가스로부터 응축액을 분리하는 수단을 구비한 열교환 라인과, 상기 응축액이 도입되는 증류탑으로 구성되고, 이 증류탑이 탑의 정부에서 응축된 액체의 일부를 회수하는 수단과 열교환기라인에서 피처리 가스와 함께 향류 열교환으로 회수된 액체를 순환시키는 수단으로 구성되는 가스상 혼합물로부터 중질 탄화수소를 회수하는 특히, 석유정제 잔여가스로부터 프로판, 부탄 및 펜탄의 혼합물을 회수하는 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 수단이 열교환라인에 마련된 탑정부에서 응축된 액체를 아냉각시키는 통로, 팽창밸브 및 이에 따라 열교환라인에 마련된 피처리 가스에 대해 향류로 팽창된 유체통로로 구성되는 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 증류탑 정부에서 증기를 팽창시키는 수단과 상기 팽창된 증기를 상기 팽창밸브로부터 유출하는 유체와 결합시키는 수단으로 구성되는 장치.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 열교환 라인이 피처리 냉각가스를 위한 최종상분리기, 상기 분리기로부터 발생하는 증기를 위한 피처리가스에 대한 향류통로, 상기증기를 팽창시키는 터어빈, 및 상기 팽창증기를 상기 팽창밸브로부터 유출하는 유체와 결합시키는 수단으로 구성되는 장치.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 열교환라인이 연속의 2개의 열교환부와 상기 각 열교환부에 이어지는 상분리기로 구성되는 장치.
