Claims (10)

  1. 가스 혼합물을 충분량의 에틸렌 옥사이드를 함유하는 에틸렌 카보네이트와 접촉시킴으로써 에틸렌옥사이드가 산 가스와 화학적으로 반응하여 가스 혼합물로부터 보다 용이하게 제거될 수 있는 반응생성물을 형성함을 특징으로하여, 가스 혼합물로부터 주로 이산화타소 예외의 산 가스를 제거하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌 카보네이트가 분해되어 에틸렌 옥사이드가 제공되는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 온도가 50℃ 내지 170℃인 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 온도가 80℃ 내지 120℃이고 압력이 대기압 내지 500psig인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌 카보네이트가 촉매적으로 분해되어 에틸렌 옥사이드가 제공되는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 에틸렌 카보네이트를 분해하기 위한 촉매제가 테트라에틸암모늄 브로 마이드인 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 온도가 80℃ 내지 120℃이고 압력은 대기압 내지 500psig인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌 옥사이드를 에틸렌 카보네이트에 공급하는 공정을 더 포함하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 불활성 용매을 에틸렌 카보네이트를 위해 사용하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 산 가스가 황하수고, 이산화 황, 염화수소, 브롬화수소, 시안화수소, 카보닐설파이드 및 더캅탄으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
