Claims (4)

  1. 한쌍의 서로 대향하여 배치된 포오크콘베어(2)(2)상에 베니어판단등의 피건조평판(7)을 순차 탑재하여 복수매의 피건조평판을 층상으로 분리한 상태에서 상방으로부터 하방에 이송하는 사이에 전기 한쌍의 포오크콘베어간의 공간에 열풍을 수평방향으로 송풍순환하여 가열건조하는 방법에 있어서 상기 포오크콘베어(2)(2)간의 공간을 중앙통로부와 좌우통로부와로 구분하고 상기 좌우통로부에 있어서 열풍의 송풍량을 상기 중앙통로부에 있어서 열풍의 송풍량보다 약간 작게되도록 조절함을 특징으로 한 평판건조기에 있어서 열풍순환방법.
  2. 베니어단판등의 피건조평판을 상하에 소정의 간격을 두고 탑재하여 상방으로부터 하방으로 이송하는 한쌍의 서로 대향배치된 포오크콘베어, 증기등을 열원으로 하는 히이터, 이 히이터로부터 가열된 공기를 이 한쌍의 콘베어간의 공간에 수평방향으로 순환송풍하는 송풍기, 이 한쌍의 포오크콘베어간의 열풍순화로의 유입측과 유출측에 각각 중앙부와 좌우부와에 설치된 송풍량을 조절자유로한 정류판과로 됨을 특징으로 한 평판건조기에 있어서 열풍순환장치.
  3. 전기 피건조평판이 탑재되는 전기 포오크콘베어의 선단부에 피건조평판의 길이방향 전체길이에 걸쳐 대상판이 취착되고 이 한쌍의 포오크콘베어의 대상판에 의하여 상하의 피건조평판간의 공간이 중앙공간과 좌우공간과로 칸막이 되고 중앙공간이 중앙부의 정류관과 그리그 좌우공간이 전기 좌우부의 정류판과 각각 연통되도록 함을 특징으로 한 청구범위 제2항 기재의 평판건조기에 있어서 열풍순환장치.
  4. 전기 대상판의 상하단에 전기 피건조평판에 압접하는 누름파이프를 취착하여서 됨을 특징으로 한 청구범위 제3항 기재의 평판건조기에 있어서 열풍순환장치.
