Claims (16)

  1. 가스 유입구 인접부(2)와 유출구(3)를 지닌 케이징(1), 케이징에 설치된 덮개(4), 상기 케이징(1)과 덮개(4) 사이에 설치되어 있으며 그 두면의 상기 조절 스프링(8)의 작용과 조절된 가스 압력을 받는 압력계 멤버레인(5)을 포함하는 형태의 가스 감압장치에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 요소(10)가 감압장치 내부를 향해서 덮개(4)로 부터 뻗어있으며, 그 위에서 감압장치의 케이징(1)으로의 가스 유입구(11)를 바람직하게 직접 밀폐하도록 된 레버의 기능을 수행하는 멤버레인(5)이 지지되고 추측회전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 감압장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 요소(10)의 위치는 멤버레인(5)의 면을 가스 유입구(11)를 밀폐하는 비교적 작은 면적의 면과 조절 스프링(8)의 작용을 받는 비교적 넓은 면으로, 2개의 동등하지 않은 넓이의 면으로 분할하는 위치인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 감입장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유연성 있으며 변형가능한 멤버레인(7)과 결합하여 운동할 수 있는 판으로 구성된 압력계 멤버레인(6)의 유연성 있는 멤버레인(5)은 상기의 비교적 좁은 측의 면에 가스 유입구(11)를 밀폘하도록 된 밸브 밀폐구(12)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 감압장치.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 압력에 멤버레인(5)은 케이징으로의 가스 유입구(11)와 멤버레인(5)사이에 놓여있는 부동 또는 추축회전하는 밸브 밀폐구(19)의 비교적 좁은 면에 의해 작용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 감압장치.
  5. 제1항에서 4항 까지의 항들중 한 항에 있어서, 멤버레인(5)의 비교적 넓은 면을 향해 있으며 케이징(1)과 연결되어 있고 멤버레인의 운동을 제한하는 멈춤부재(14)를 특징으로 하는 가스 감압장치.
  6. 제1항에서 3항 까지의 또는 제5항의 항들중 한 항에 있어서, 요소(10)의 밑에서 그와 거의 일직선으로 정렬하여 위치하며 케이징(1)과 연결된 제2의 멈춤부재(15)를 특징으로 하는 가스 감압장치.
  7. 제1항에서 5항 까지의 항들중 한 항에 있어서, 압력계 멤버레인(5)의 판(6)에 콕을 구성하는 편심장치(17)와 상호 작용하는 개구부(18)가 있는 위로 향한 플렌지(6a)가 제공된 것을 특징으로하는 가스 감압장치.
  8. 제1항에서 3항까지의 한 항에 있어서, 요소(10)와 상호 작용하는 멤버레인(5)은 케이징(11)안에서 비정상적인 가스 압력 증가가 생기는 경우에 안전밸브 또는 릴리프 밸브장치로 작용하는 것을 특징으로하는 가스 감압장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 요소(10)는 스프링((22)으로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 안전밸브 장치 또는 릴리프 밸브장치는 외부의 대기와 통하여 멤버레인(5)으로 밀폐되도록 케이징(1)으로 통하는 구멍(24)이 제공되어 있으며 멤버레인(5)의 윗면의 스프링(22) 밑에서 거의 일직선으로 정렬하여 위치한 케이징(1)과 연결된 멈춤부재(23)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 가스 감압장치.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 요소(10)는 스프링(25)으로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 안전밸브 또는 릴리프 밸브장치는 멤버레인(5)에 제공된 구멍(28)을 밀폐하도록 되어 있으며, 멤버레인(5)의 다른 측면의 스프링(25)밑에서 거의 일직선으로 정렬되어 위치한 케이징(1)에 형성된 홈(27)에 수용되는 볼(26)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 감압장치.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 구멍(28)과 스프링(25)의 축을 따라 뻗어있으며 덮개(4)와 연결된 심봉(29)을 특징으로 하는 가스 감압장치.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 안전밸브 또는 릴리프 밸브장치는 멤버레인(5)과 복원기(30) 사이에 제공된 스프링(33)의 작용하에서 멤버레인(5)의 오리피스(32)를 밀폐하는 하나 이상의 밸브 밀폐구(31)에 연결된 복원기(30)로 구성된 한편, 요소(10)는 복원기(30)를 통하여 멤버레인(5)과 상호 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 감압장치.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 안전밸브 또는 릴리프 밸브장치는 멤버레인(5)과 상호작용하여 케이징(1)으로의 가스 유입용 유입구 인접부(2)에 수용된 스프링을 지닌 밸크 밀폐구(34)로 구성된 한편, 멤버레인(5)의 다른 측면의 요소(10)는 덮개(4)와 연결된 하우징(39)에 활주할 수 있게 설치되어 보지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 감압장치.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 요소(10)는 스프링(43)의 작용을 받는 볼(42)과 상호 작용하는 홈(41)이 제공된 심봉(40)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 감압장치.
  15. 제13항 또는 14항에 있어서, 하우징(39)은 그 상부에 하우징 내부 공간으로의 출입용 덮개(44)가 제공되었으며, 멤버레인(5)을 향해 하방으로 개방된 거의 원추형 부분(39a)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 감압장치.
