본 고안은 소면기에 있어서 도퍼와 아울러 웹도핑(Doffing) 장치를 구성하는 홈로울러에 부착되는 잡물 등을 제거하는 크리닝 장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a cleaning apparatus for removing miscellaneous materials and the like attached to a groove roller constituting a web doping apparatus in addition to the doffer in the carding machine.
종래 소면기의 웹도핑장치 특히 로울러 방식의 도핑 장치에 있어서 로울러에 부착된 잡물을 제거 하는 데는 통상적으로 주면에 융단을 권회한 크리닝 로울러나 모식법의 로울러 브러시 및 봉상브러시를 사용하고 있었다. 그러나 이러한 종래의 크리닝장치는 크리닝 로울러에 부착된 잡물을 제거하기 위해서는 크리닝 로울러를 해체하여야만 했으므로 크리닝효과와 품질 및 생산성이 저하될 뿐아니라 작업관리가 번거롭게되는 폐단이 있었다. 따라서 본 고안은 이러한 종래의 제반 폐단을 제거하기 위하여 안출된 것으로 이를 첨부도면에 따라서 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.In the web doping apparatus of the carding machine, in particular, the roller type doping apparatus, a cleaning roller which wound the carpet on the main surface, a roller roller and a rod-shaped brush of the typical method were used to remove the miscellaneous materials attached to the roller.
