Claims (5)

  1. 고온 가압수에 의한 침식 및 크리이프에 대하여 높은 내성을 갖는 재료로 이루어진 밀봉된 관상피복체내에 수용된 핵연료 펠릿더미와 적어도 그 길이의 일부분에 걸쳐서 상기 펠릿더미를 지지하기 위하여 두양단중 한쪽이 개구된 관으로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 관이 높은 인장강도를 갖는 지트코늄 합금으로 되어 있는 동시에 조사로 야기된 상기 펠릿의 평윤에 의하여 상기 관과 상기 피복체가 접촉되는 것을 방지하기에 충분한 만큼의 반지름 방향의 틈으로 피복체로부터 격리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 경수토용 핵연료 요소.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피복체가 크리이프 및 침식에 대한 내성을 증진시키기 위하여 550℃ 내지 650℃의 온도에서 재결정 처리된 지트코늄 합금으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 경수로용 핵연료 요소.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기관이 440℃ 내지 480℃의 온도에서 스트레인 제거된 지트코늄 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 경수로용 핵연료 요소.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 피복체의 내부표면 또는 관의 외부표면이 가연성 중성자 흡수재를 수용하는 층으로 내장 또는 외장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경수로용 핵연료 요소.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 피복체와 관사이의 상기 틈이 0.05mm 내지 0.2mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 경수로용 핵연료 요소.
