Claims (10)

  1. 종축에 따라 재료를 안내하는 로울러 엔트리 가이드가 몸체부와, 대체로 평행한 한쌍의 로울러 조립체와, 조절수단과, 가이드 수단을 구비하며, 상기한 대체로 평행한 한쌍의 로울러조립체는 상기 몸체부에 운동가능하게 장착되어 있으며, 상기한 종축의 대향축에 설치되어 이 종축을 따라 운동하는 재료의 통로를 결정하고 있으며, 상기한 조절수단은 상기 로울러 조립체와 몸체부 사이에서 작동하여 이들 사이의 상대운동을 유발시키며, 상기한 가이드 수단은 상기 로울러 조립체와 몸체부 사이에서 작동하여 이 로울러 조립체를 상기 종축을 향해 또는 종축으로 부터 이탈하게 안내하며 상기 조절수단에 의해 유발되는 운동중, 상기 로울러 조립체를 상기 종축에 대해서 소정의 위치에 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 로울러 엔트리가이드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 로울러 엔트리가이드의 상기 가이드수단은 상기 종축쪽으로 경사진 방향으로 상기 로울러 조립체를 운동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로울러 엔트리 가이드.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 로울러 엔트리 가이드의 상기 각 로울러 조립체는 상기 종축을 따라 이격되어 있는 한쌍의 로울러를 포함하며, 대향해 있는 이들 로울러 조립체는 상기 종축에 따라 연장되어 있는 통로와 상기 로울러 사이의 축방향 간격을 균일하게 유지하도록 작동하는 상기 안내 수단을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로울러 엔트리 가이드
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 로울러 엔트리가이드의 상기 조절 수단은, 상기 아암을 상기 종축에 따라 변위하도록 작동하며, 상기 가이드 수단은 상기한 운동의 축방향 운동 성분을 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 로울러 엔트리 가이드.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 로울러 엔트리 가이드의 상기 가이드 수단은 협동적인 슬라이드임을 특징으로 하는 로울러 엔트리 가이드.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 로울러 엔트리 가이드의 다수의 슬라이드는 상기 몸체부와 상기 각 조립체 사이에서 작동하며, 상기 슬라이드는 상기 종축을 따라 이격되어 있어 상기 조립체가 상기 몸체부에 대해 선회 운동하지 않도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로울러 엔트리 가이드.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 로울러 엔트리 가이드의 상기 각 슬라이드는 홈과 리브를 포함하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 로울러 엔트리 가이드.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 로울러 엔트리 가이드의 상기 조절수단은 상기 각 로울러 조립체와 협동하여 서로 맞물려 있는 나사를 통해 상기 몸체부에 연결되어 있는 칼라를 포함하며, 상기 칼라의 몸체부에 대한 회전운동은 이 칼라의 상기몸체부에 대한 종방향변위를 유발시키며 이것에 의해 상기 로울러 조립체의 종방향 운동을 유발하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로울러 엔트리 가이드.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 로울러 엔트리 가이드의 상기 칼라의 회전운동은 웜과 링기어에 의해 유발됨을 특징으로 하는 로울러 엔트리 가이드.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 로울러 엔트리 가이드의 상기 웜은 횡측에 대해 회전하도록 장착되며 상기 링기어는 상기 칼라에 스플라인 연결되어 이 링기어가 칼라에 대해 상대적인 종방향 운동을 하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로울러 엔트리 가이드.
