Description

α-L-아스파르틸-L-페닐알라닌메틸에스테르 및 그의 염산염의 제조방법

Claims (3)

  1. 염산을 진한염산과 물을 기준으로 하여 표현하는 경우 메탄올 0 내지 20용량 %, 진한염산 8 내지 55용량 % 및 물(나머지)을 함유하는 메탄올/염산 혼합용매에 0.01몰/dl 내지 0.3몰/dl 농도로 α-L-아스파르틸-L-페닐알라닌 β-메틸에스테르를 용해시키고; 생성된 용액을 0 내지 60℃에서 유지시켜 분자간 에스테르 교환반응을 일으키고 생성된 α-L-아스파르틸-L-페닐알라닌 메틸 에스테르를 그의 염산염 형태로 결정화시켜 석출시키고; 생성된 염산염을 분리하여; 경우에 따라 알칼리로 중화시켜 유리 에스테르를 수득함을 특징으로하여, α-L-아스파르틸-L-페닐알라닌 메틸에스테르 및 그의 염산염을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 약 알칼리성 조건하에 수성용매 중에서 L-아스파르트산 β-알킬에스테르의 N-카복시무수물을 L-페닐알라닌과 축합시키고 계속해서, 생성된 N-카복시-α-L-아스파르틸-L-페닐알라닌 β-저급 알킬 에스테르를 탈카복실화 시킴을 특징으로하여, α-L-아스파르틸-L-페닐알라닌 β-저급알킬에스테르를 제조하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 α-L-아스파르틸-L-페닐알라닌 β-메틸에스테르를 제2항의 방법에 따라 제조함을 특징으로하여 α-L-아스파르틸-L-페닐알라닌 메틸 에스테르 및 그의 염산염을 제조하는 방법.
