Claims (33)

  1. 총조성물 중량을 기준하여 약 12.5내지 약 50중량 퍼센트의 생물독적활성 성분과 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물 및 이들의 혼합물에서 선택된 화합물을 함유하는 침투제-담체로 이루어진 잡목, 잡초 및 잡목해충제거용 기부살포액 조성물.
    상기 일반식에서, X1, X2 및 X3는 각각 산소 또는 황이고; n는 0 또는 1이며; R1는 수소 C1-C10알킬, 아릴, 아릴-(C1-C10)알킬, 지환족 또는 헤테로사이클릭 그룹이고; R2 및 R3는 각각 C1-C10알킬, 아릴, 아릴-(C1-C10)알킬, 지환족 또는 헤테로 사이클릭그룹이며; 단, 일반식(Ⅱ)에서 R1및 R2는 각각 수소, C1-C10알킬, 아릴, 또는 아릴-(C1-C10)알킬이고 R1및 R2는 둘다 수소일 수 없다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 생물학독적 활성성분이 제초제인 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 생물학독적 활성성분이 살진균제인 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 생물학독적 활성성분이 식물성장조절제인 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 생물학독적 활성성분이 살충제인 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 침투제-담체가 트리페닐 포스페이트; 트리크레질 포스페이트; 크레질 디페닐 포스페이트; 2-에틸헥실디페닐포스페이트; 디부틸포스페이트; 트리부틸포스페이트; 트리데실포스페이트; 트리에틸포스페이트; 트리(2-에틸헥실)포스페이트; S, S, S-트리부틸포스포로트리티오에이트; 트리부틸포스포로트리티오아이트;디부틸프탈레이트; 및 디옥틸프탈레이트에서 선택된 화합물을 함유하는 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 침투제 담체가 트리부틸 포스페이트인 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 생물독적 활성성분이 오일에 녹을 수 있거나 오일과 혼합할 수 있는 것인 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 조성물이 유기용매 희석제를 추가로 함유하는 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 전술한 희석제가 나프텐성 오일을 함유하는 조성물.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 침투제-담체에 대한 생물독적 활성성분의 중량비가 약 1:30내지 약20:1인 조성물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 전술한 비율이 약 1:10내지 약 2:1인 조성물.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 전술한 비율이 약 1:1.5내지 1.5:1인 조성물.
  14. 제9항에 있어서, 전술한 생물독적 활성성분에 대한 희석제의 중량비가 약 0내지 약 25인 조성물.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 전술한 비율이 약 0.2내지 약 10인 조성물.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 전술한 비율이 약 0.5내지 약 4인 조성물.
  17. 총조성물중량을 기준하여 약 12.5내지 약 50중량 퍼센트의 제초제와 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물 및 이들의 혼합물에서 선택된 화합물을 함유하는 침투제-담체로 이루어진 바람직하지 못한 식물제거용 기부살포액 조성물.
    상기 일반식에서, X1, X2 및 X3는 각각 산소 또는 황이고; n는 0 또는 1이며; R1는 수소 C1-C10알킬, 아릴, 아릴-(C1-C10)알킬, 지환족 또는 헤테로사이클릭 그룹이고 ; R2및 R3는 각각 C1-C10알킬, 아릴, 아릴-(C1-C10)알킬, 지환족 또는 헤테로 사이클릭그룹이며; 단, 일반식(Ⅱ)에서 R1및 R2는 각각 수소, C1-C10알킬, 아릴, 또는 아릴-(C1-C10)알킬이고 R1및 R2는 둘다 수소일 수 없다.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 전술한 제초제가 오일에 녹을 수 있거나 오일에 혼합될 수 있는 것인 조성물.
  19. 제17항에 있어서, 전술한 제초제가 제초제적으로 활성있는 페녹시산; 에스테르 및 이들의 혼합물에서 선택된 화합물을 함유하는 조성물.
  20. 제17항에 있어서, 전술한 제초제가 2, 4-디클로로 페녹시프로피온산 부톡시 -에탄올 에스테르, 2, 4-디클로로페녹시아세트산 부톡시에탄올 에스테르, 2,4,5-트리클로로페녹시아세트산부톡시-에탄올에스테르, 2-(2,4,5-트리클로로페녹시)프로피온산, 4-(2,4-디클로로페녹시)부티르산, 4-클로로-2-메틸페녹시아세트산, 4-(2-메틸-4-클로로페녹시)부티르산,2-(4-클로로-2-메틸페녹시)프로피온산, 4-아미노-3,5,6-트리클로로피콜린산, 2-메톡시-3,6-디클로로벤조산, 3,5,6-트리클로로-2-피리디닐옥시아세트산 및 이들의 혼합물에서 선택된 화합물을 함유하는 조성물.
  21. 제17항에 있어서, 전술한 제초제가 2,4-디클로로 페녹시프로피온산 부톡시에탄올 에스테르 및 2, 4-디클로로페녹시아세트산 부톡시에탄올에스테르의 혼합물을 함유하는 조성물
  22. 제17항에 있어서, 전술한 제초제가 2,4,5-트리클로로페녹시아세트산 부톡시에탄올 에스테르를 함유하는 조성물.
  23. 제17항에 있어서, 전술한 침투제-담체가 트리페닐 포스페이트; 트리크레질 포스페이트; 크레질 디페닐포스페이트; 2-에틸헥실디페닐포스페이트; 디부틸 포스페이트; 트리부틸포스페이트; 트리데실포스페이트; 트리에틸포스페이트; 트리(2-에틸핵실)포스페이트; S, S, S-트리부틸포스포로트리티오에이트; 트리부틸포스포로 트리티오아이트; 디부틸프날레이트; 및 디옥틸 프탈레이트에서 선택된 화합물을 함유하는 조성물.
  24. 제17항에 있어서, 전술한 침투제-담체가 트리부틸 포스페이트인 조성물.
  25. 제17항에 있어서, 전술한 조성물이 유기용매 희석제를 추가로 함유하는 조성물.
  26. 제25항에 있어서, 전술한 희석제가 나프텐성 오일인 조성물.
  27. 제17항에 있어서, 전술한 침투제-담테에 대한 제초제의 중량비가 약 1:30내지 약 20:1인 조성물.
  28. 제27항에 있어서, 전술한 비율이 약 1:10내지 약 2:1인 조성물.
  29. 제27항에 있어서, 전술한 비율이 약 1:1.5내지 약 1.5:1인 조성물.
