제5도는 본 발명에 따른 통합파아크 브레이크 기구(integral park brake mechanism)를 포함한 원판 브레이크의 절반 단면 평면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 원판과 접촉하게 마찰패드를 이동시키게 배치된 실린더내의 수동 조작 피스톤을 포함하는 원판 브레이크 작동기구내에서, 피스톤과 접촉하며 그것에 관해 축방향으로 이동할 수 있는 피스톤봉, 상기 피스톤 외부의 위치에서 피스톤봉을 둘러싸는 보어를 갖는 작동칼라, 실린더를 향한 요동에 의해 작동칼라의 원주의 일부를 지지하기 위한 스토퍼 및, 상기 부분과 직경방향으로 반대인 칼라의 일부에 작동력을 가하기 위한 수단으로 구성되며, 상기 수단에 의한 상기 작동칼라에의 힘의 적용시 작동칼라의 피스톤봉상에 로크되며 원판에 패드를 유호하게 적용하게 피스톤봉을 이동시키고 상기 힘의 제거시 시스템내의 탄성변형율의 회복을 저항하는 마찰력이 피스톤봉으로부터 작동칼라를 풀어주는 우력을 형성하게 작동칼라, 작동칼라를 지지하는 스토퍼 및 피스톤봉의 형상이 정해짐으로서 피스톤봉이 아닌 수동조작 브레이크 작동기구의 부분과 독립적으로 브레이크의 유압작동이 수행될 수 있는 수동조작 브레이크 작동기구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스토퍼의 위치를 조정할 수 있는 기구.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 칼라의 일부에 작동력을 가하기 위해 상기 수단과 스토퍼를 향해 상기 작동 칼라를 밀도록 작동하는 탄성수단이 구비되는 기구.
  4. 원판과 접촉하게 마찰패드를 이동시키게 배치된 실린더내의 유압조작 피스톤을 포함하는 원판 브레이크 작동기구내의 수동조작 브레이크 작동기구.
