Claims (2)
- 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 불활성유기용매 존재하에 촉매적으로 수소화시켜 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 생성하고; 여기에 알칼리금속 시안화물을 가하고; 이를 약 100°내지 약 150°에서 일반식(Ⅳ) 화합물이 생성될때까지 유지시키고; 용매를 제거하고; 수성알칼리금속 수산화물을 가하고; 이를 약 75°내지 125°에서 생성물이 생성될때까지 유지시키고; 혼합물을 산성화하고; 냉각하고; 불활성 유기용매로 혼합물을 추출하고; 유기용매로부터 산을 분리함을 특징으로 하여 일반식(Ⅰ)의 산을 제조하는 방법.상기 식에서, R은 수소 또는 C1-C3알킬이고; R1및 R2중 하나는 수소이고 나머지는 하이드록시이며; 단, R2가 하이드록시이면 R은 수소 또는 메틸이고; R5는 -OH이다.
