Claims (2)

  1. 어떤 일정한 빛에 투명한 최소한 하나의 용기속에 들어있는 액체내의 이물체, 특히 고체를 검출하기 위하여, 그 액체가 운동되어지고 조명되어, 서용기속에 들어있는 액체의 거의 모든 연속적인 외관상 표면에 해당하는, 반사, 굴절 및 감쇄에 의해 만들어지는 영상이 감응성 표면에 만들어지는 방법에 있어서,초기 순간에 상기 감응성 표면에 형성되는 이 외관상 표면의 영상이 일일이 분석되며, 이 분석의 결과가 메모리되고, 그 다음순간에 제2영상이 일일이 분석되며 제2분석의 결과가 제1분석의 메모리된 결과로 부터 일일이 공제되어 각 차이가 허용될 수 없다고 간주되는 이물체를 표시하는 최소한 하나의 미리 설정된한계와 비교되는 방법.
