Claims (7)

  1. 하기 구조식(Ⅰ)을 갖는 아크릴 아마이드 약 60-85중량%를 하기 구조식 (Ⅱ)를 갖는 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트 에스테르 약 15-40중량%와 공중 합하여 제조된 양이온 수용성 아크릴중합체 약 0.25-20중량%(섬유기준)를 함유하는 수용액과 분출된 섬유를 치밀하게 접촉시키고, 개량된 섬유를 제조하기 위해 상기 섬유를 상기 용액과 접촉하기 전후 또는 접촉동안 상기 아크릴 중합체를 함유하는 상기 수용액의 pH를 약 9.5-12로 조절하므로써 분출된 폴리올레핀 섬유의 안정한 수용성 분산액을 제조하는 방법.
    상기 식에서, 각 단량체의 양의 도입된 모든 단량체를 기준으로 한 것이며, R은 수소 또는 메틸이고: R1는 수소, 메틸 또는 에틸이며 : R11은 메틸 또는 에틸이고, X가 황산메틸 음이온일 때 적어도 하나의 R11는 메틸이고 :X는 염화물 음이온이며 : N는 1-4이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 섬유가 폴리에틸렌 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 섬유가 폴리에틸렌 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 아크릴 중합체를 갖는 수용액이 섬유기준으로 약 0.5-5 1.5중량%의 중합체를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방베.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 아크릴 아마이드가 아크릴아마이드이고 메타크릴 에스테르가 β메타크릴로일옥시에틸트리메틸암모늄 메틸설 페이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 방베.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 아크릴아마이드의 양이 약 65%이고 β-메타크릴로일옥시에틸트리메틸암모늄 메틸설페이트의 양이 도입된 총 단량체중 약 35%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 본 발명에서 제조된 건량된 섬유가 이들을 함유하는 수용성 분산액으로 부터 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
