Claims (9)
1) a)평균 분자량 (Mw)이 700-2000이고,
b)포름알데히드: 페놀의 몰비가 1.2:1내지 2.6:1이며
c)KOH: 페놀의 몰비가 0.5: 1내지 1.2:1인 칼륨알카리 페놀포름데히드수지를 갖고 고체함량이 50-75중량%인 수용액을 과립상 내화물질중 0.25-2.5중량% 함유하고,
2)수지용액중 적어도 하나의 실란 0.05-3중량%를 함유하고
3)수지의 경화를 촉진시키는 적어도 하나의 에스테르를 수지용액중 20-110중량% 함유하는 결합제를 과립상 내화물질과 혼합한 다음, 결합제중에서의 수지경화에 의해 그 혼합물을 경화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주형 또는 코어의 제조방법.
제1항에 있어서, 내화물질이 실리카모래, 수정, 크롬철광모래, 지르콘, 감람석모래, 조개껍질조각을 함유하는 바다모래 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 수지의 평균 분자량이 800-1700인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제3항에 있어서,수지의 평균 분자량이 950-1700인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1항내지 4항중 어느하나에 있어서,수지중 KOH: 페놀의 몰비가 0.6:1내지 1.2:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1항내지 5항중 어느하나에 있어서, 에스테르 경화제가 수지용액기준으로 25-40중량% 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1항내지 6항중 어느하나에 있어서, 에스테르가 γ-무티로락톤 및 ε-카프로락톤으로 부터 선정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1항내지 6항중 어느하나에 있어서, 에스테르가 탄소수 1-10을 갖는 알킬모노 또는 다가 알콜과 탄소수 1-10을 갖는 카르복실산과의 에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제8항에 있어서, 에스테르가 글리세롤 트리아세테이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
