Claims (11)

  1. 화학제에 대해 불활성인 수용성 또는 수분산성 담체물질의 1차 용매중의 용액을 포함하는 조성물을 동결시키고, 이 동결된 조성물로부터 1차 용매를 승화시켜 담체물질의 망상조직을 가지는 생성물을 생성시킨 후, 이 생성물에 선결된 양의 화학제를 함유하는 2차 비-수용성 용매의 용액 또는 현탁액을 가하고 2차 용매를 증발시킴을 특징으로 하는, 선결된 단위량의 화학제를 함유하는 고체 성형품의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 조성물을 바람직한 성형품의 크기 및 형태에 상응하는 성형판중에서 동결시키고 동결된 조성물이 성형판중에 있는 동안 1차 용매를 승화시키는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 승화된 생성물이 성형판중에 있는 동안 화학제를 함유하는 2차 용매를 승화된 생성물에 가하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 성형판이 필름물질의 박판중의 함몰인 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 화학제를 승화된 생성물에 가한 후 피복박판을 필름물질에 부착시켜 성형물을 피복하는 포장을 생성시키는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 조성물을 1개이상의 성형품의 크기 및 형태에 상응하는 성형판중에서 동결시키고 화학제를 함유하는 2차 용매를 가하기전 또는 후에 승화된 생성물을 바람직한 크기 및 형태로 세분하는 방법.
  7. 제1 내지 6항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 담체물질이 부분적으로 가수분해된 젤라틴인 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 2차 용매가 클로로포름, 디클로로메탄, 트리클로로에틸렌 및 이소프로판올로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택한 1개 또는 그이상의 용매인 방법.
  9. 제1 내지 9항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 담체물질이 덱스트란인 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 2차 용매가 아세톤, 에탄올클로로포름, 디에틸에테르, 디클로로에탄 및 이소프로판올로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택한 1개 또는 그이상의 용매인 방법.
  11. 제1 내지 10항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 화학제가 약제물질이고 성형품이 약학적 제형인 방법.
