필터프레스형 전해전지
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 전해 전지에 사용되는 전극판의 사시도.
제2도는 전기절연 물질로된 프레임부재를 갖는 개스컷(gas ket)의 사시도.
제3도는 전극판 및 한쌍의 개스컷으로된 조립체의 단면도.

Claims (1)

  1. 다수의 금속양극판 및 금속음극판이 교대로 배치되고 서로 분리된 다수의 양극실과 음극실을 형성하도록 전기절연 물질로된 개스컷과 대체로 유압적으로 불투과성의 양이온 교환막이 상기 양극판과 음극판 사이에 설치되며, 그 양극판, 음극판 그리고 개스컷에는 전지의 길이 방향으로 서로 분리된 4개의 격실을 형성하는 4개의 개구가 형성되어, 용액이 상기 격실을 통해 양극실과 음극실에 각각 주입되고 전해 생성물은 양극실 및 음극실로 부터 상기 격실을 통해 제거되게 구성된 전해전지에 있어서, 용액을 양극실에 공급하고 그 양극실로 부터 전해 생성물을 제거시하는데 사용되는 격실들과 용액을 음극실에 공급하고 그 음극실로 부터 전해 생성물을 제거시키는데 사용되는 격실을 전기절연 시키도록 금속 양극판 및 금속음극판의 적어도 일부 개구의 둘레내측에 전기절연 물질로된 프레임부재를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 프레스형 전해전지.
