본 고안은 전선 권회통에 전선을 권회한 후 권회된 전선만을 인출하여 별도의 포장용기에 포장할 수 있도록 한 전선 권회 장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 가정이나 사무실등에서 소량 사용되는 수출용 전선의 포장비를 절감할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 종래에는 합성수지등으로 된 전선 권회통에 전선을 권회한 다음 이를 그대로 별도의 용기에 넣어 포장하였다. 그러나 이러한 포장방법은 수용자들이 권회된 전선을 풀어서 사용하기 편리한 장점은 있으나, 전선 권회통이 전선과 함께 포장되므로 전선 권회통의 가격만큼 전선의 가격이 상승되어 극심해진 수출시장의 가격 경쟁에 뒤떨어지는 결과를 초래하였다. 또 전선권회통으로 인한 전선의 원가 상승을 방지하기 위해 전선을 파이프등에 권회한 후 전선만을 인출하여 포장하는 방법이 사용되었으나 이러한 방법은 전선 권회를 위한 지지판이 없이 전선을 일정하게 권회하기 어려운 작업상의 어려움이 있었고 또 권회된 전선을 파이프등에서 인출한 후에는 전선의 풀림을 방지하기 위해 권회된 전선적의의 위치에 접착 테이프를 부착하거나 끈으로 묶어 주어야 하는 불편이 있었으며 사용시에도 권회된 전선이 뒤엉켜 사용이 매우 불편해지는 등 여러가지 문제점이 있었다.The present invention relates to an electric wire winding device which allows the wire wound in the electric wire winding container to be drawn out and packed in a separate packaging container by only winding the electric wire.
