본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 의해 90도 각도로 손잡이를 손으로 쥔칫솔의 사시도, 제2도는 손잡이가 90도 각도로 붙은 본발명에 의한 칫솔의 단면도, 제3도는 손잡이가 45도 각도로 붙은 본 발명에 의한 칫솔의 배면도, 제4도는 손잡이가 22.2도 각도로 붙은 본 발명에 의한 칫솔의 배면도. 제5도는 손잡이가 180도 각도로 붙은 본 발명에 의한 칫솔의 배면도.

Claims (10)

  1. 치아를 닦아내는 칫솔머리에 대하여 0° 내지 180°범위에서 가장 바람직한 각도로 칫솔머리의 평면 또는 그 평면에 평행한 평면상에 손잡이를 고정시킬 수 있도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 칫솔.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 회전 연결부재에 의하여 손잡이에 각도를 여러가지로 변경시킬 수 있도록함을 특징으로 하는 칫솔.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 회전부재 사이의 적당한 마찰에 의해 또는 적당한 고착방법에 의해 손잡이의 각종의 경사각을 안정하게 유지시킴을 특징으로하는 칫솔.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 회전 연결부재가 두 대항 지지부재로 구성되어 그 하나가 칫솔머리 배면에 의해 형성되고, 또 하나가 칫솔머리 배면에 실제로 평행한 탱(tand)에 의해 형성되어 칫솔머리의 일부를 형성하며 두 대항 지지부재 사이에 손잡이 상판을 밀어 넣고 손잡이의 탈지를 방지하는 수단을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 칫솔.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 손잡이가 강제적으로 이탈되는 것을 방지하는 수단에는 요홈과 설편 연결부재 또는 그 대응 되는 수단으로 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 칫솔.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 요홈과 설편 연결부재가 고착되고 일직선상으로 된 두핀을 구성하여 그 하나는 배면에 또 다른 하나는 손잡이 상부 전면에 위치 되며 이들의 핀이 칫솔과 탱의 배면에 위치하여 꼭 끼어 있음을 특징으로 하는 칫솔.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 탱(tang)는 탄력이 있어 칫솔 머리가 손잡이로 잡아 당겨 손잡이가 칫솔 머리를 서로 대치 할수 있도록 함을 특징으로 하는 칫솔.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 손잡이의 일부를 구성하며 연결부재의 중심부를 반경 방향으로 둥글게 하고 칫솔머리의 배면 또는 탱의 내면에 절삭된 반경 방향의 요홈에 대향시킨 돌출부를 올리거나 또는 손잡이에 절사된 요홈과 칫솔머리상의 돌출부를 올려 손잡이의 위치를 여러가지로 변경시킴을 특징으로 하는 칫솔.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 사용자의 손가락이 특히 물, 치약 및 비누물의 조합작용으로 인하여 미끄러짐을 방지하도록 손잡이의 면을 울퉁 불퉁하게 함을 특징으로한 칫솔.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 칫솔머리의 평면 또는 그 평면에 평행한 평면상에서 칫솔머리에 대하여 20° 및 90°, 특히 45°내에서 고정각으로 손잡이를 고정시킴을 특징으로 하는 칫솔.
