Claims (5)
- 분말용성인비를 조립함에 있어서, 분말용성인비에 인산석회를 혼합한후, 아미노 발효 부산액에 인산을 첨가하여 얻어진 결합제를 분무하여 조립하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용성인비의 조립방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분말용성인비 대 인산석회의 혼합물의 비가 95∼80 : 5∼20인 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아미노 발효 부산액 대 인산의 혼합비율이 80∼95 : 20∼5인 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 혼합액의 pH가 2.5∼4인 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아미노 발효 부산액과 인산의 혼합물에 점결 보조제로써 3%이하의 전분을 혼입시키는 것이 특징인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
