토끼에 세망내피계 자극작용을 지닌 물질 적어도 1가지를 투여한 후 그탐 음성균으로부터 얻은 엔도톡신을 주사하여 유도된 항종양작용을 지닌 단백질성 생리학적 활성물질의 조용액을 염기성 음이온 교환기와 접촉시켜 음이온 교환기에 생리학적 활성물질을 흡착시키고, 흡착된 생리학적 활성물질을 용출하여, 이 생리학적 활성물질을 함유하는 용출물을 분자량 30,000 내지 70,000 범위의 물질을 분리시키기에 적합한 겔을 사용하여 겔 여과시킴을 특징으로 하여 항종양 작용을 지닌 단백질성 생리학적 활성물질을 정제하는 방법.Anion exchanger was prepared by contacting a basic anion exchanger with a crude solution of an anti-tumor proteinaceous physiologically active substance induced by injecting an endotoxin obtained from gtam-negative bacteria into a rabbit.
