Claims (12)

  1. 다음 일반식(II)의 카복실산 또는 이의 반응성 유도체를 다음 일반식(III)의 페녹시피리딜 알콜 또는 이의 반응성 유도체와 반응시킴을 특징으로하는 다음 일반식(I)의 페녹시피리딜메틸 에스테르의 제조방법.
    상기 일반식에서
    R은 다음 일반식의 래디칼
    (여기에서 R4는 수소, 염소 또는 브롬원자, 시아노기 또는 임의로 할로겐으로 치환된 알킬기이고 R5는 수소 또는 할로겐원자 또는 임의로 할로겐으로 치환된 알킬 또는 알콕시기임)또는 R은 다음 일반식의 래다칼
    (여기에서 R6는 이소프로필 또는 시클로프로필기이고 R7은 소수, 불소원자 또는 트리플루오로메틸 또는 클로로-(디)플루오로메틸기임)이고
    R1은 수소원자 또는 시아노, 탄소수 4이하의 알킬 알케닐 또는 알키닐기로서 할로겐에 의해 임의로 치환되며,
    R2및 R3는 같거나 서로 다르며 수소 또는 할로겐원자이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 반응을 산수용체 존재하에 수행하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 반응을 촉매존재하에 수행하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 반응을 희석제 존재하에 수행하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 희석제가 불활성 유기용매인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식 R-CO-C(IIa)의 카복실산 클로라이드를 일반식(III)의 페녹시피리딜 알콜과 산수용체 및 희석제존재하에 반응시키는 방법.
    상기 일반식에서, R은 제1항에서 정의된 바와 같다.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식 R-CO-C(IIa)의 카복실산 클로라이드를 다음 일반식(IV)의 페녹시 카브알데히드 및 등몰량이상의 나트륨 시아나이드 또는 칼륨 시아나이드와 물 및 수-불혼화성 유기용매 존재하에, 필요시에는 촉매 존재하에 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는, R1이 시아노기인 제1항의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기 일반식에서
    R2및 R3는 제1항에 정의된 바와같다.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항에 있어서, 반응을 0내지 100℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제7항에 있어서, 반응물이 상기에서 언급된 반응물 모두가 해당되는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 실제적으로 실시예 1내지 10중의 어느 하나에 기술된 방법.
  11. 활성성분으로 제1항의 화합물을 고체 또는 액화가스 희석제 또는 담체와의 혼합물로 또는 액체희석제 또는 계면활성제가 함유된 담체와의 혼합물로 함유시킨 농약조성물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 유효성분 0.1 내지 95중량%가 함유된 조성물.
