Claims (1)

  1. 본문에 상술함과 같이, 알칼리금속의 염소산염류 수용액과 염산으로 되는 반응성액체를 35°와 70℃의 온도범위로 가열하면서 발생되는 2산화염소의 농도가 17% 이하의 농도범위로 되도록 반응성액체 속으로 불활성 기체를 송입하면서 2산화염소를 제조함에 있어서, 알칼리그속의 염소산염과 염산의 몰비를 0.5와 3까지로 하여 주반응관이라고 불리우는 첫째번의 반응관에 충입하며, 그 반응성액체의 산성도는 0.5몰과 8몰까지로 하고, 그 첫째번 반응관에서 반응성액체의 체류시간은 2분간 내지 10분간으로 하며, 다음번에 배설되고서 비우고 채운 다음 반응하는 것을 연속반복하는 다음번의 반응관에, 주반응관에서 배출되는 반응성액체를 연속하여 순차적으로 반복충입하고, 그들 다음번 반응관 각개의 반응성액체 온도는 첫째번 반응관에서의 온도와 동일 또는 많아도 15℃를 초과함이 없이하며, 다음번의 반응관 각개에서 반응성액체가 체류하는 시간은 20분간으로 부터 40분간 까지에서 선택하는 것으로 하여 됨을 특징으로 하는 2산화염소의 제조방법.
