Claims (3)
- (a) 구조식RSi(OH)3실란올의 유기용매 수용액중의 클로이드성 실리카 분산액(여기서 실란올의 50% 이상이 CH3Si(OH)3이고 유기용매는 지방족 알코올이며 (a)성분에는 10 내지 70중량%의 클로이드성 실리카와 30 내지 90중량%의 부분적 축합물로 이루어진 고체 10 내지 40%이 함유된다)과(b) 다음 구조식을 갖는 알콕시실란-작용화 지방족 자외선 흡수 화합물 안정화량으로 이루어진 혼합물을 10℃이상, pH 6.6 내지 7.8 또는 내지 3.8에서 2시간 이상 혼성 가수분해시켜, 초벌제없이 플라스틱 기질에 접착시키는데 유용한 수성 혼성 가수분해물을 제조하는 방법.상기 구조식에서R은 C1-3알킬 또는 C1-13아릴이고R1은 수소, C1-C8알킬 또는 할로겐이고R2는 C1-C8알킬이고R3및 R4는 수소, C1-C8알콕시, 카복시, 할로겐, 하이드록스, 아미노, 카브에톡시 또는 -Q-(CH2)3Si(OR2)3(여기서 Q는 -NH-또는 -0-임)이고a는 1 내지 3의 정수이다.
- (C) 55 내지 90중량%의 용매(주로 물과 C1-8알칸올로 구성됨)와(d) 40 내지 75몰%의 RSiO1.5단위 및 0 내지 10몰%(R)2(SiO) 단위 및 0.5 내지 5몰%의 (Z)d 단위와 화학적으로 결합된 25 내지 50몰%의 SiO2로 구성된 오르가노폴리 실록산(여기서 화학적으로 결합된 총단위는 100몰%임)으로 이루어진 혼성 가수분해물 10 내지 45중량%로 구성되며, 초벌제 사용없이 열가소성 기질에 사용하였을때 적어도 하나의 내마모성 UV안정성을 갖는 피복 표면을 갖는합성물이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 비초벌 열가소성 기질의 최외각 피복물로 사용되는 피복조성물.상기식에서d는 1 내지 3의 정수이고z는 다음 구조식의 그룹이다.(여기서 R1은 수소, C1-C8알킬 또는 할로겐이고R3및 R4는 수소, C1-C8알콕시, 카복시, 할로겐, 하이드록스, 아미노, 카브에톡시 또는 -Q-(CH2)3Si(OR2)3이고R2는 C1-C8알킬이고Q는 -NH- 또는 -0-이다).
