Claims (1)

  1. (가) 다음의 구조식을 가지는 중간 화합물을 제조하여
    X1-R1-R2-R3-Ser(X2)-Tyr-(X3)-R4-R5-Arg(X4)-Pro-X5
    단, 위의식에서
    X1: α-아미노 보호기
    X2: Ser의 알코올성 히드록시기의 보호기
    X3: Tyr의 페놀성 히드록시기의 보호기
    X4: Arg의 질소원자의 보호기
    X5: Gly-O-HC2[수지 지지체], O-CH2-[수지지지체], Gly-NH-[수지지지체], Gly-NH3또는 NHCH2CH3
    (나) X1에서부터 X5까지의 여러기중에서 한가지 이상을 분할하고 필요에 따라서는 생성된 펩티드를 무독성 염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하는 다음과 같은 구조식을 가진 화합물 제조방법.
    X-R1-R2-R3-Ser-Tyr-R4-R5-Arg-Pro-R6
    단, 위의식에서
    X : 수소 또는 탄소원자수가 7이하인 아실기
    R1: 디히드로(dehydro) Pro, 디히드로(dehydro) D-Pro, Thz 또는 D-Thz,
    R2: D-Phe, D-His, D-Trp, Trp, Cl-D-Phe, 디클로로-D-Phe, CF3-D-Phe, F-D-Phe, 디클루오로-D-Phe, ACNH-D-Phe, NO2-D-Phe, 디니트로-D-Phe, Br-D-Phe, 디브로모-D-Phe, CH3S-D-Phe, OCH3-D-Phe 또는 CH3-D-Phe,
