Claims (3)

  1. 석영유리를 주체로한 클래드층과, 이 클래드층보다 굴절률이 큰 석영유리를 주체로한 유리로서된 코어에 의하여 구성되는 광파이버에 있어서, 이 코어가 GeO2및 다른 도오팬트를 함유하는 높은 순도의 석영유리로서 되고 GeO2함유량이 15중량% 미만이고, GeO2와 다른 도오팬트와의 합계가 15중량%를 초과하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버.
  2. 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 광파이버에 있어서 코어에 P2O5또는 B2O3중 적어도 1종을 함유하는 광파이버.
  3. 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 광파이버에 있어서, 클래드층이 순수한 SiO2또는 GeO2P2O5및 B2O3중 적어도 1종을 함유한 SiO2로 서된 광파이버.
