Description
1 is a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
제2도는 제1도 일부의 상세도.2 is a detail of a portion of FIG. 1;
3 and 4 is another example of the heat sink according to the present invention.
5 is another example of a rail and a heat sink.
The present invention relates to a reflecting lamp, and more particularly, to a heat sink of a reflecting lamp made by installing upper and lower portions and sidewalls on a rectangular aluminum coated parabolic reflector.
Plastic or plastic aluminum clad parabolic reflecting lamps have many advantages over those made of glass, but one problem was that the spots located above the filaments in the lamp were heated. That is, the average temperature of the lamp is considerably lower than the plastic softening point, but when the heat radiated directly from the filament, the convective heat and the high ambient temperature act on the upper wall of the filament, the wall is heated above the softening point of the plastic.
In the past, in order to prevent such a phenomenon, the heat sink was tied to a conducting wire or a support wire by welding or the like. However, when vibration occurs, such as in a vehicle, the conducting wire is heavily loaded, which is not preferable.
On the other hand, the heat sink was directly fixed to the upper wall of the lamp or adjusted with a spacer pin, adhesive, etc., but it was not very effective and was not preferable from a manufacturing point of view.
Accordingly, the present invention relates to a heat sink of an aluminum clad parabolic reflecting lamp made of plastic, and the present invention is to allow two L-shaped rails to be arranged side by side with each other on the upper wall of the lamp to insert a heat sink into the rail. The purpose is to solve the problem. At the edge of the heat sink, a resistance surface is formed to prevent the heat sink from slipping off the rail. In addition, the heat sink is drilled to allow air in the lamp to circulate between the heat sink and the top wall of the lamp to further cool the hot spot and to prevent heat from flowing from the heat sink to the plastic rail.
With reference to the accompanying drawings with respect to the subject innovation in more detail as follows.
1 is a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the reflector 10 is a parabolic surface 11, the light source 12 is provided at the focus of the parabolic surface. The heat sink 13 is fixed by the rail 14 formed as part of the upper wall 15 directly above the light source 12.
The portions 23 and 22 of the L-shaped rails 14 and 21 formed on the upper wall 15 face each other so as to partially surround the heat sink 13. The heat sink 13 is L-shaped so that the heights of both sides 24 and 25 are approximately equal to the heights of the rails 14 and 21. The heat sink 13 is isolated from the top wall 15 by the sides 24, 25 when inserted into the rails 14, 21.
3 and 4 show another embodiment of the friction means for supporting the heat sink 13 at a predetermined position, which allows the circulation of the atmosphere in the lamp between the heat sink 13 and the top wall 15. As shown in FIG. 3, the heat dissipation plate 30 is composed of both side surfaces such as the flat plate portion 31 and the side surface 33. Side 33 is cut into a sawtooth 34, the heat sink is easily inserted difficult to move. The heat sink further enables circulation of the holes 30 and the atmosphere. In a preferred embodiment, the hole 32 is drilled through the rail joining both sides of the heat sink 32. One other type of heat sink 30 is shown in FIG. 4 so that heat sink 40 is comprised of flat plate portion 41 and both side surfaces 43.
The hole 42 is formed in a groove shape in which the heat sink 40 is adjacent to both sides. The side surface 43 is comprised by the section 44, and is bent slightly to one side of a cut | disconnected part, and is comprised so that the heat sink 40 may be frictionally joined to the rail when it is inserted in a lamp | ramp. Although the cutting shape has been described in relation to the groove 42 and the sawtooth shape has been described in relation to the circular spherical shape 32, it will be understood that any combination of holes and sides can be combined by the present invention.
In Fig. 5, the rails 51 and 54 have a rectangular cross section. The inner surface of each rail is made up of long grooves 52 and 53, respectively. For this implementation the heat sink is flatter than that of the U-shaped cross section.
The heat sink 13 also has a flange 55. The flange 55 comes out slightly in front of the reflector without contacting the reflector to facilitate circulation of the atmosphere in the lamp.
The reflector consisting of the parabolic surface 11 and the rails 14 and 21 is easily molded into a simple part and is removed from the mold and the rail is parallel to the axis of the lamp. The mold does not require cutting or special tools. Relaxation of the component can be further simplified by inclining the thickness of the rails 14 and 21 slightly in the longitudinal direction by techniques known in the mold art.
As the technique of the art is applied, at least the parabolic surface 11 is formed with an abrasive coating. The heat sink, light source, and electrical wiring are applied and a suitable lens is attached to complete the lamp.
The heat sink device improved by the present invention is directly attached to the reflector in a mechanically simple manner without the heat sink being attached to the conductor or support wire.
The heat sink and reflector according to the present invention prevent the heating phenomenon and do not cause problems such as difficulty in assembly or lowering of vibration resistance of the lamp.
It has been evident in the art that various changes as described in the present invention can be made within the spirit and scope of the present invention.
For example, the light source 12 has been described as an incandescent bulb, but other suitable light sources may also be used.
