BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an exhaust gas reflux site (hereinafter referred to as an EGR device) for use in an internal combustion engine of an automobile engine.
In the EGR system, a part of the exhaust gas in the exhaust system is reduced to the intake passage so that the non-combustible components in the intake are increased to suppress the combustion temperature in the cylinder, thereby reducing the amount of NOx generated. However, the characteristics of NOx generation vary depending on the driving condition of the engine, and in the case of a vehicle engine, the generation amount is high in the high load region during acceleration, and the generation amount in the low load region such as when driving normally and driving with children. Minimal If a large amount of exhaust gas is refluxed at the time of low load operation, the output of combustion decreases, resulting in deterioration of driving performance and unstable rotation. Therefore, it is required to reflux an appropriate amount of exhaust gas. Therefore, in the conventional EGR apparatus, in order to adapt to the above requirements, a flow control valve is generally installed at an intermediate position of the reflux passage, and an element which is changed in response to the operating state of the engine, for example, an intake cylinder The above-mentioned method of operating the control valve using a load value and the like is adopted, and a technique and practical use for each output area have been proposed as much as possible regarding the control operation method. Because of this, there is a tendency to increase the reflux amount of the exhaust gas, and with this, it is difficult to adjust the reflux amount in the low load region with the conventional EGR technology, and it is easy to cause deterioration of operation at low power.
The present invention takes into account the above phenomenon, and an object of the present invention is to provide an apparatus for obtaining an adequate amount of reflux of an exhaust gas mainly in a low load region of an engine.
When described with reference to the illustrated embodiment as follows.
(4Embodiment The EGR apparatus introduces a part of the exhaust gas from the

The third
Referring to the operating state of the EGR device according to the embodiment of the present invention configured as described above, the flow characteristics of the
As described above, according to the exhaust gas reflux device of the present invention, a bypass control valve caused by a die boost boost negative pressure and a control valve interlocked with the throttle valve are provided in the exhaust gas reflux passage, thereby providing a reflux operation due to the EGR negative pressure. Compensation for the insufficient flow rate can provide adequate reflux of the exhaust gas during low load operation of the engine, improve the operability of the equipment vehicle, and effectively reduce NOx during low load operation.
