본 고안은 구멍탄 연소통상부에 재치하여 사용하는 구멍탄 가스 재연소기에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a coal-fired gas recombustor mounted on a coal-fired combustion cylinder.

종래 실용신안공보 제411호 공고번호 79-1100호로 나온 재연소기는 2개 구멍탄 연소기에 사용되는 것으로 내면 양측 재연소실에 중간벽을 지그자그형 일정통로로 구성한 것이어서 혼합실에서의 가스정체 시간을 연장시켰을 뿐 혼합가스가 고온부에서 불안전연소로 충분한 재연소가 이루어지지 않는 결점이 있고 또 제작이 까다로운 폐단이 있어 본 고안은 이를 감안하여 개량한 것으로 본 고안은 1개 구멍탄 연소기에 사용되게 함과 동시에 원형의 상, 하판으로 결합된 재연소기의 하판 집열분화구로 도입된 혼합가스가 상, 하 지그자그형 재연소실에 점차 외부로 넓게 확산 배열되어 고온부에서 충분한 재연소가 될 수 있도록 상, 하판의 내면과 그 중간에 원형 간극판을 형성하여 그 전표면을 일산화탄소 전환촉매제 도포층으로 형성함으로서 그 내부에서 재연소 반응의 효율이 높으며, 제작이 용이한 구멍탄 재연소기를 제공할 목적으로 안출한 것인데 이를 첨부도면에 의거하여 구조와 작용효과를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.The reburner disclosed in Korean Utility Model Publication No. 411 No. 79-1100 is used for a two-hole burner combustor, and has a middle wall formed by a zigzag-shaped constant passage in both reburn chambers of the inner surface to extend the gas stagnation time in the mixing chamber.
