BACKGROUND OF THE
A conventional air guide for guiding the air injected from the uptake nozzle to the opposite side of the uptake and squeezing the weft yarn by the air flow will be briefly described according to the drawings. 1 is a front view showing a guide constituting the air guide, Figure 2 is a side cross-sectional view showing a conventional air guide. The air guide is constituted by speaking a plurality of
Recently, however, the development of a high-speed air jet loom has caused a problem that the probability of incomplete intrusion increases. According to various reasons, first, in the high speed loom, the air injection time is shortened and the air blowing speed in the indentation nozzle, which has a great influence on the conveying force of the weft, is detained at about the speed of sound. Due to the limitation of the initial weft tension, there is a limit to the diameter of the inlet nozzle, so that the amount of air injection per stroke is reduced. As a result, at a portion far from the inlet nozzle, in particular, the airflow velocity at the airflow center portion decreases and the conveying force is reduced so that the weft yarn contacts the guide hole wall, and the indentation is incomplete due to the friction. In order to prevent the air from diffusing in the gap 9 between the guides, the inclined row of the upper side at the upper edge of the guide hole is slightly higher than the lower edge and slightly lower than the lower edge, respectively. Iii) and the inclined row on the lower side, and the inclined row is closed by these inclined rows. However, in the high speed loom, the inclined closing movement is started before the entire process of the upper lip filling. As described above, when the distal end of the
The present invention aims at preventing incomplete intrusion, especially in an air jet loom operated at high speed, and a pair of guides are provided in at least a part of the air guide in different inlet diameters or taper angles, or both. By installing a plurality of pairs, it is possible to change the shape of the guide hole of the guide, to suppress the decrease in speed at the center of the injector, especially the weft of the weft, and to carry the weft into the central airflow. The above cause is eliminated and the problem is solved.
In this specification, a pair of guides is defined as two adjacent guides. For example, in Fig. 2, (1-1), (1-2), (1-2) and (1-3) ), (1-4) and (1-5) are called a pair of guides.
In order to eliminate the above-mentioned causes, it is necessary to make full use of little air to maintain the air velocity at the center of the injection air stream up to the opposite side. To this end, the inventors conducted various studies and found that the following means were effective. First, since the diffusion of air from the guide hole in the previous position to the guide hole in the next position cannot be largely suppressed, rather, the guide hole of the guide is gradually or gradually increased from the exposed side to the opposite side. The pair of guides may be addressed to reduce the overall flow resistance and to allow the air flow to diffuse to some extent to suppress the decrease in air velocity at the center. In this case, at the same time, the taper of the guide hole can effectively use a smaller amount of air by addressing a pair of guides that become larger as the guide holes become larger, thereby preventing air from leaking from the gap between the guide and the guide. Secondly, the size of the guide hole is made smaller than the amount of inclination opening at the time when the weft tip ends pass through the guide hole, thereby preventing the weft yarn from contacting the inclination between the guide holes and causing tangling. In this case, as the air guide, a pair of guides are spoken so that the guide holes are sequentially smaller as they move away from the nozzle, especially on the opposite side of the upper inlet. In this case, since the flow resistance of the injection air increases, this resistance is reduced by providing a pair of guides so as to smooth the guide hole taper at the same time. In the second means, the periphery of the air flows in the gap between the guides and is more tolerated than the first case described above, but considering the airflow conditions on the opposite side of the entrainment, It is advantageous in suppressing the speed reduction of the central portion of the air stream of the means of two.
In the present invention, incomplete penetration can be largely prevented by employing either or both of these means depending on the weaving conditions.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
3 to 5 show an embodiment of the second means described above, and FIGS. 6 to 8 similarly show an embodiment of the first means, and FIG. 9 takes both of the above into consideration. The embodiment shown is shown. In Figs. 3 to 9, the left half shows the state of the inclined row near the starting point of initiation and the right half of the inlet line. First, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the guides 14 and 11 are formed at the
As described above, according to the air guide of the present invention, since the lowering of the injection speed can be prevented, the tip of the weft thread is not bent at the distal end of the air guide, and it is not entangled at the lower slope. As described above, since the air guide of the present invention does not cause a blemish on the fabric, it has the effect that the weaving performance is significantly improved compared to the conventional one, and at the same time, the work stoppage is not caused by the bleeding of the fabric. There is a significant effect.
