Abstract
Phosphorylpenicillin derivs. (I; R1 = R2 = substituted alkyl or allyl, heterocyclic ring, R3=O, R5 = H, substituted acyl) for semisynthetic penicillins were manufd. Penicillanate was reacted with phosphorylating agent at -10-10≰C in the presence of anhyd. inactive solvent and acid binding agent, and alc. was reacted at>-10≰C with iminohalide compd. which was produced by the reaction of phosphorylpenicillanci acid ester and acid halide. The imino-ether compd. was hydrolyzed at -20≰C to give hydrohalide salt, and the acylated compd. was hydrolyzed to give acylated penicillanic acid.
