Description
The present invention relates to a disconnector for a differential, and more specifically, to a disconnector installed in the differential of a four-wheel drive vehicle to connect or cut off power as needed.
In the conventional braking system applied for braking on railway vehicles or large vehicles, a system using pneumatic or hydraulic pressure is applied to apply friction force, and pneumatic or hydraulic pressure is applied to the pressure surface that requires braking, thereby braking through friction with the friction material. It consists of a structure that performs.
However, in the case of a braking system using pneumatic or hydraulic pressure, separate devices are required to generate pneumatic or hydraulic pressure, and in particular, piping and connection lines for circulating pneumatic or hydraulic pressure and supplying it to the braking unit are essential.
Accordingly, efforts are needed to optimize the design of pneumatic or hydraulic connection pipes in the braking system, and the space occupied by the braking system and related devices increases, resulting in an increase in the overall volume of the braking unit.
For example, Registered Patent Publication No. 10-0287026 (2001.04.16.) and Registered Patent Publication No. 10-0757386 (2007.09.10.) disclose the structure of a braking system using hydraulic pressure, but the structure is complex. Therefore, it is not easy to design, and the volume increases, which is not in line with the recent trend of lightening and simplifying vehicles.
The 'electronic braking device (Public Patent Publication No. 2017-0107602, 2017.11.01.)' to solve the above-mentioned problem has been applied for and registered by the present applicant.
The electronic braking device includes a housing in which a disk is rotatably installed, a plunger installed to be movable in an axial direction of the housing, a coil assembly that moves the plunger when power is applied, and a coil assembly that moves by the plunger and moves the disk. However, the conventional electronic braking device is a sealed type in which a coil assembly that generates a magnetic field when power is applied is provided inside the housing, and a predetermined delay period occurs in securing sufficient magnetic force to move the plunger, which causes the electronic braking device to There was a problem with deterioration in responsiveness.
The present invention is intended to solve the problems of the prior art described above, and its purpose is to provide an electronic braking device that can improve responsiveness by securing sufficient magnetic force to move the plunger at the initial stage of power application.

Includes.
Here, the yoke and the core are formed to surround the coil assembly, and are formed to partially open so that at least a portion of the coil assembly is exposed toward the plunger.
That is, the yoke consists of a front panel covering the front of the coil assembly and an outer ring surrounding the outer peripheral surface of the coil assembly, and the core consists of a rear panel covering the rear of the coil assembly and an inner ring surrounding the inner peripheral surface of the coil assembly. The
The
Meanwhile, the strength of the magnetic field generated in the

At this time, the separation distance (D) between the
In this way, when an area of more than 1/2 of the axial length (L) of the inner circumferential surface of the
The

The
The
Meanwhile, the
