Abstract

본 고안은 바닥면이나 침대 등에 사용되는 대나무 매트에 관한 것으로서 수개의 대나무편이 나열되어 엮어진 대나무층 밑에 한지로된 지사 : 상기 지사 밑으로 무가교 또는 가교와 부직포를 순차적으로 적층하여 일체형이 되도록 구성된 대나무 매트로서 엮어진 대나무편이 튀어나오거나 흐트림을 방지하여 변형없이 오랫동안 사용할 수 있을뿐만 아니라 적절한 내구성과 우수한 쿠션력으로 사용자에게 안락감을 느끼게 해주는 유익한 고안이다

본 고안은 바닥면이나 침대 등에 사용되는 대나무 매트에 관한 것으로서 수개의 대나무편이 나열되어 엮어진 상태를 변형없이 유지해주고 사용자의 하중에 의해 바닥면이나 침대 등에서 미끄러지지 않으면서 사용자에게 쿠션감과 통기성을 향상시키므로 사용시 안락함과 습기가 발생되지 않는 폭신폭신한 대나무 매트를 제공할 수 있도록 구성된 것이다
일반적으로 대나무 돗자리나 대나무 매트는 얇게 가공한 수개의 대나무편을 서로 결착끈으로 엮어서 제조하였으며 실내 또는 실외에서 주로 바닥면에 깔아서 사용자가 앉거나 누울때 사용되었으며 대나무편을 엮은 결속끈이 훼손되는 경우에는 대나무편이 해체되거나 변형되는 문제점이 있었으며 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 대나무편을 접착포에 부착하는 형태로 제조하는 대나무 매트가 공개된바 있는데 상기의 대나무 매트의 경우 사용치 않을때는 둥글게 말아서 보관하였다가 사용하고자 할때는 다시 펼쳐서 사용하게 되므로 이러한 과정을 반복하다보면 접착포는 대나무편의 두께 때문에 늘어날수밖에 없었고 유연성이 부족한 접착포는 대나무편에서 떨어질뿐만 아니라 대나무편이 가지는 딱딱함 때문에 쿠션감이 없어 안락함이 결여된 문제점이 있었다
상기의 문제점을 시정하여 안출한 본 고안은 어떠한 상황에서도 수개의 대나무편이 나열된 상태를 변형없이 유지해주고 사용자에게 쿠션감을 극대화시켜 딱딱한 대나무 매트의 이미지를 개선하여 편안한 숙면과 착석감을 가지는 대나무 매트를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있는 것이다
상기의 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안은 수개의 대나무편이 연결사로 엮어져서 형성된 대나무 매트의 대나무층 : 상기 대나무층이 변형되지 않도록 대나무층 밑에 지사(紙絲)가 적층되고 상기 지사 밑에 무가교 또는 가교를 적층하며 : 상기 무가교 또는 가교 밑에 부직포를 순차적으로 적층되도록 구성된 일체형 대나무 매트에 관한 것이다
상기와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 사용자가 대나무 매트를 말거나 펼쳤을 때 수개의 대나무편이 나열된 상태를 부착된 지사를 통해 흩어러짐 없이 항상 유지되게 해주고 지사 밑에 적층된 무가교 또는 가교는 단단한 입자와 많은 공기층으로 되어 있어 쿠션력이 좋아 딱딱한 이미지의 대나무 매트를 안락함이 우수한 침구로 탈바꿈 시키는 효과를 지닌 고안이다

사용자가 앉거나 누울때 바닥면이나 소파, 침대 등에 놓여지는 본 고안의 대나무 매트(A)는 서로 근접하게 수개로 나열된 대나무편(1)을 대나무편의 길이 방향을 따라 균등된 간격으로 연결사(5)로 엮어서 형성된 대나무 매트(A)의 단위별 대나무편(1) 밑에 한지로된 지사(2)를 상기 지사(2) 밑에는 무가교 또는 가교(3)를, 상기 무가교 또는 가교(3) 밑에는 부직포(4)를 순차적으로 적층하여 일체형으로 이루어진 대나무 매트(A)가 구성되는 것이다
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 바닥면이나 침대 등에 놓여진 대나무 매트(A)에 앉거나 누웠을때 대나무 매트(A)에 지사(2)가 부착되기 때문에 수개의 대나무편(1) 사이에서 상기 대나무편(1)이 튀어나오거나 대나무편(1) 사이가 벌어지는 것을 방지하며 상기 지사(2) 밑으로 무가교 또는 가교(3)와 부직포(4) 순차적으로 적층되어 일체형으로 이루어진 대나무 매트(A)로서 적절한 내구성과 쿠션력이 뛰어나 대나무의 시원함 및 폭신폭신한 완충력이 조화를 이루어 취침시 깊고 편안한 숙면을 취할 수 있으며 착석감 또한 사용자에게 안락감을 느끼게 해주는 유익한 고안인 것이다

  1. 수개로 나열된 대나무편(1)을 대나무편의 길이방향을 따라 균등된 간격으로 연결사(5)로 엮어서 형성된 대나무 매트(A)의 단위별 대나무편(1) 밑에 한지로된 지사(2)를 부착하여 수개의 대나무편(1) 사이에서 대나무편(1)이 튀어나오거나 대나무편(1) 사이가 벌어지는 것을 방지하며 상기 지사(2) 밑으로 무가교 또는 가교(3)와 부직포(4)가 순차적으로 적층되어 일체형으로 이루어진 대나무 매트(A)는 적절한 내구성과 우수한 쿠션력이 조화를 이루어 사용자에게 안락감을 느끼도록 구성된 대나무 매트
