Abstract
The inner shell is composed of liquid crystal capsules containing color powder, and the outer shell is made of a transparent viscous formulation, so it is a capsule-type tone-up essence serum with a coloring function in which the liquid crystal capsules of the inner shell are floating in the transparent essence serum of the outer shell. .
The inner case is an underwater type, and the serum contained within the outer box is transparent so that the capsule has a three-dimensional appearance. The three-dimensional shape of the inner box is transparent through the outer box, allowing the three-dimensional shape of the inner box to be visually identified from the outside. And, the outer layer has a hardness of 25 to 60 dyne/cm2, and the inner phase is a cosmetic composition containing a three-dimensional shape, characterized in that capsule-shaped liquid crystal is dispersed within the outer layer.
Description
본 발명은 수중유형(oil-in-water, O/W) 타입의 입체적 형상을 포함하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 투명한 제형의 외상 내에 입체적 캡슐형상의 내상을 포함하는, 독특한 심미감과 시각적 차별성을 갖는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing an oil-in-water (O/W) type three-dimensional shape, which includes a three-dimensional capsule-shaped inner shape within the outer shell of a transparent formulation, and has a unique aesthetic and visual differentiation. It relates to cosmetic compositions.
외상에 포함된 보습제와 영양성분은 피부를 보호해주는 역할을 하고, 내상의 캡슐에 포함된 컬러 파우더를 함유한 성분은 색조화장으로 표현해주어 톤 업을 시켜줌으로서 피부를 화사하게 만들어주는 기능을 가지고 있다. The moisturizer and nutrients contained in the outer shell protect the skin, and the ingredients containing color powder contained in the inner capsule have the function of brightening the skin by toning up the skin by expressing it as color makeup. .
화장품 분야는 제품의 기능, 효능뿐만 아니라 외관적 특성이 제품 판매에 미치는 영향이 상당하기 때문에, 업계에서는 화장품을 시각적으로 차별화하고 외관상의 심미감을 향상시키기 위한 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. In the cosmetics field, not only the function and efficacy of the product, but also its appearance characteristics have a significant impact on product sales, so the industry is putting a lot of effort into visually differentiating cosmetics and improving the aesthetics of the exterior.
Recently, technology that goes beyond differentiating cosmetic packages and expresses three-dimensional shapes in cosmetics is being attempted. In general, cosmetics with a three-dimensional shape have a high risk of damaging the appearance of the product as the three-dimensional effect and transparency are lost due to the inner case being broken or damaged by external impact or the pressure of the nozzle during filling when mixing the internal and external parts or when filling. If the interface between the inner and outer wounds is not treated firmly, or if the physical properties of the outer and inner wounds are not properly controlled, there is a problem that the outer and inner wounds are mixed together. In addition, there is a problem of change over time, in which the material of the inner lining moves through the boundary of the inner casing or collapses over time.
한편, 외상과 내상의 물성을 잘 조절하지 못할 경우 용기에서 토출된 후 외상과 내상이 서로 혼합이 안 되는 문제가 있다. 이는 사용자의 피부에 고르게 펴 발라지지 않아서 생기는 퍼짐성의 문제가 생길 수 있다. On the other hand, if the physical properties of the outer layer and the inner layer are not properly controlled, there is a problem in that the outer layer and the inner layer do not mix with each other after being discharged from the container. This may cause spreading problems as it is not spread evenly on the user's skin.
또한, 투명한 액상의 외상의 경우 계면활성제나 호환성 원료에 의하여 제형의 투명도가 떨어지거나 내상의 물질과 상호 작용하여 내상을 용해시켜 투명감을 상실할 우려가 있어서 기능성 성분 등을 넣지 못하는 문제가 있다.In addition, in the case of transparent liquid trauma, there is a risk that the transparency of the formulation may decrease due to surfactants or compatible raw materials, or that interaction with substances in the inner phase may cause the inner phase to dissolve and lose transparency, making it impossible to add functional ingredients.
Therefore, it is necessary to develop a cosmetic composition to solve these problems. By applying the present invention to cosmetics for the first time, it made it possible to realize the shape of a capsule in a precise and detailed three-dimensional manner that could not be realized with conventional methods. In addition, the cosmetic composition of the present invention can stably maintain its shape without the internal phase mixing with the external wound so that the three-dimensional capsule shape can be maintained under any external conditions, and can stably contain functional active ingredients, so that the product appearance is It can increase not only the aesthetics but also the efficacy of the functional ingredients contained in the capsule.
본 발명은 캡슐 형태의 내장제와 투명한 액상 형태의 외장제를 적절한 조합을 통하여 외부의 어떠한 조건에도 외상과 서로 섞이지 않고 안정적으로 입체적 캡슐의 형상이 유지될 수 있도록으로 기술적으로 성분의 조합을 통하여 제형과 기능성 원료의 효능을 유지할 수 있는 화장료 조성물을 제공하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다. The present invention provides a formulation and formulation through a technical combination of ingredients to maintain the three-dimensional shape of the capsule stably without mixing with trauma under any external conditions through an appropriate combination of an internal agent in the form of a capsule and an external agent in the form of a transparent liquid. The purpose is to provide a cosmetic composition that can maintain the efficacy of functional raw materials.
상기 안정된 제형을 용기의 펌푸를 통하여 토출된 후 내외상이 완벽하게 혼합되어 기능성 및 톤업기능등 내외상의 각각의 기능을 손실없이 피부에 전달하는 것을 목적으로 한다. The purpose is to deliver the internal and external functions, such as functionality and tone-up function, to the skin without loss by completely mixing the internal and external parts after the stable formulation is discharged through the pump of the container.

The wax and higher alcohol may be included in an amount of 0.3 to 3.0% by weight, preferably 0.5 to 1.0% by weight, based on the total weight of the inner phase. If wax and high-grade alcohol are included in less than 0.3% by weight, there is a problem of separation at high temperatures, and if they are included in more than 3.0% by weight, the inner casing does not mix with the outer shell when discharged from the container, so the feeling of use and adhesion to the skin is significantly reduced.
본 발명의 내상은 유상성분으로 오일 및 유용성 첨가제를 포함할 수 있으며, 경시변화가 불안정한 원료 아스코빅애씨드등을 포함할 수 있으며 이때 내상의 캡슐화를 통하여 원료의 고유기능을 장시간 안정되도록 유지하는 것도 포함한다. The inner phase of the present invention may contain oil and oil-soluble additives as oily components, and may contain raw materials such as ascorbic acid, which are unstable in changes over time. In this case, the intrinsic function of the raw material is maintained for a long time through encapsulation of the inner phase. do.
In one embodiment, the inner case of the present invention is, based on the total weight of the inner phase, 1.0 to 10.0% by weight of polyol, 0.3 to 2.0% by weight of thickener, 0.1 to 3.0% by weight of emulsifier, 0.3 to 3.0% by weight of wax and higher alcohol, and oil. And it may include 0.01 to 5.0% by weight of an oil-soluble additive, 0.1 to 1.0% by weight of a preservative, and 0.1 to 10.0% by weight of a water-soluble additive.
본 발명의 내상에 있어서, 중화제상 성분에 속하는 중화제는 점증제와 동일한 함량으로 포함될 수 있다. 상기 중화제의 종류는 특별히 제한되지 않으며, 예를 들면, 트리에탄올아민(Triethanolamine), 트로메타민(Tromethamine), 아르기닌(Arginine) 등일 수 있다. In the inner phase of the present invention, the neutralizing agent, which is a component of the neutralizing agent phase, may be included in the same amount as the thickener. The type of the neutralizing agent is not particularly limited and may be, for example, triethanolamine, tromethamine, arginine, etc.
The pigment in the inner layer may be a water-soluble pigment, iron oxide or oil-soluble pigment that has color and efficacy at the same time, and both natural and artificial pigments can be applied. For example, Yellow No. 4, Red No. 504, caramel color, cacao color, yellow white extract, gardenia extract, iron oxide, titanium dioxide, etc. can be used. When an oil-soluble pigment that exhibits color and has efficacy at the same time is included in the inner layer, or when a pigment is added together with a specific efficacy ingredient, the function of the cosmetic composition can be distinguished only by color. In this case, there is an advantage that the user can easily distinguish cosmetics only by color.
예를 들어, 투명한 겔 타입의 외상에 펄, 금박, 은박등 효능 성분을 포함한 캡슐형 내상을 추가함으로서, 캡슐형 내상에 색상을 부여할 수 있다.For example, by adding a capsule-type inner layer containing effective ingredients such as pearl, gold leaf, or silver foil to a transparent gel-type outer layer, color can be given to the capsule-type inner layer.
Capsules may be encapsulated with specific effective ingredients. Specifically, it encapsulates active ingredients that are effective in whitening, wrinkle improvement, moisturizing, etc., and may be, for example, collagen capsules, gold thread capsules, vitamin capsules, dimethyl sulfone capsules, guaiazulene capsules, etc. By encapsulating oil-soluble or water-soluble effective ingredients and including them in the composition, the functional efficacy of cosmetics can be increased and visual diversity can be provided.
Specifically, the inner phase may be of the oil-in-water (O/W) type. The inner phase of the present invention contains one or more selected from the group consisting of water, polyol, thickener, preservative, and water-soluble additive as an aqueous phase component, and one selected from the group consisting of emulsifier, wax, higher alcohol, oil, and oil-soluble additive as an oil phase component. It includes the above, and may include a neutralizing agent as a neutralizing agent component.
내상의 각 성분이 상기 범위인 경우, 외상에 둘러쌓인 내상은 용기의 펌푸를 통해 용이하게 토출될 수 있으며, 외상 내에서 번짐 현상 및 탁도가 거의 발생하지 않는다. 또한, 끈적임이 발생하지 않아 우수한 사용감을 제공할 수 있다. 이 때 내상의 경도가 25 내지 60 dyne/cm2일 수 있다. When each component of the inner phase is within the above range, the inner phase surrounded by the outer layer can be easily discharged through the pump of the container, and little spreading or turbidity occurs within the outer layer. In addition, it does not cause stickiness, providing an excellent feeling of use. At this time, the hardness of the inner phase may be 25 to 60 dyne/cm2.
상기 내상 캡슐은 외상의 총 중량 기준으로, 1.0 내지 30.0 중량%로 포함될 수 있다. The inner capsule may be included in an amount of 1.0 to 30.0% by weight, based on the total weight of the outer wound.
In the above hardness range, the internal wound mixed with the external wound can be easily discharged through the container pump, and the phenomenon of spreading of the internal wound in the external wound does not occur. If the hardness of the internal wound is less than 25, the internal wound bursts in the external wound and causes a cloudy spread problem. If the hardness is higher than 60, discharge is possible, but it does not mix with the external wound when used after being discharged from the container, so it has no adhesion and spread on the skin. , it cannot provide satisfactory tone-up function and color. The present invention achieved an optimal formulation with a hardness of 25 to 60 dyne/cm2 by controlling the type and content of each component of the inner phase.
The internal wound of the present invention may contain effective ingredients, pigments, etc., like the external wound. In particular, by including oil-soluble natural pigments, various colors can be imparted to the three-dimensional shape. For example, as shown in Figure 2, color can be given to the three-dimensional shape by stabilizing the oil-soluble pigment or color-containing oil-soluble active ingredient in the O/W type inner phase and then mixing it with the transparent gel-type outer phase.
이 외에도, 본 발명의 내상은 외상과 마찬가지로 당업계에서 통상적으로 화장료에 배합되는 향료, 방부제, 윤활제, 피부컨디셔닝제, 산화 방지제, 변색 방지제, 살균제, 안정제 및 각종 미용 첨가제 등을 추가로 포함할 수 있음은 물론이다. In addition, the inner layer of the present invention, like the outer layer, may further include fragrances, preservatives, lubricants, skin conditioning agents, antioxidants, discoloration inhibitors, disinfectants, stabilizers, and various cosmetic additives commonly mixed in cosmetics in the art. Of course it exists.
본 발명의 화장료 조성물 제조방법은, 투명 또는 반투명의 외상을 준비하는 단계, 내상의 캡슐을 투명한 외상에 내에 투입하는 단계, 혼합된 내용물을 용기에 주입하면서 입체적 형상을 나타나게 하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다. The method for producing a cosmetic composition of the present invention may include the steps of preparing a transparent or translucent outer box, injecting the inner capsule into the transparent outer box, and injecting the mixed contents into the container to create a three-dimensional shape. .
본 발명의 내상은 외상 내로 혼합되는 것으로, 외상과 섞이지 않고 외상 내에서 일정한 형상을 가진다. 캡슐의 색상은 예를 들어, 제품의 특징, 성능, 컨셉 등을 암시하거나 표현할 수 있다. The inner wound of the present invention is mixed into the outer wound, and has a constant shape within the outer wound without being mixed with the outer wound. For example, the color of the capsule can suggest or express the product's features, performance, or concept.
본 발명의 내상은 펌푸 용기를 통해 토출될 수 있는 물성을 가지며, 펌푸에 의해 용기 밖으로 토출되기 전까지는 외상과 섞이거나 형상이 번지지 않고, 형상이 안정적으로 유지될 수 있다. The inner case of the present invention has physical properties that allow it to be discharged through a pump container, and does not mix with the outer case or spread its shape until it is discharged out of the container by a pump, and its shape can be maintained stably.
또한 펌푸 용기를 통해 토출되어 자연스럽게 외상과 혼합되어 섞임으로서 피부 도포시 컬러커버 기능을 주어 자연스러운 톤업 화장을 할 수 있다. In addition, it is discharged through a pump container and naturally mixes with the outer layer, providing a color cover function when applied to the skin, allowing for natural tone-up makeup.
본 발명의 화장료 조성물은 에센스 제형에 적합하며, 기초 화장품뿐만 아니라, 메이크업 베이스, 파운데이션등 메이크업 화장품에도 적용될 수 있다. The cosmetic composition of the present invention is suitable for essence formulation and can be applied not only to basic cosmetics but also to makeup cosmetics such as makeup base and foundation.
It is technically very difficult to visually differentiate cosmetic compositions by giving them a capsule shape and at the same time stabilize the functional active ingredients, and various formulation techniques are required. The present invention optimizes the physical properties of the outer wound and the inner wound, so that the inner wound can stably maintain its three-dimensional shape within the outer wound, and the efficacy of the functional active ingredient contained in the outer wound or inner wound can be stably maintained for a long period of time.
이하, 본 발명을 더욱 구체적으로 설명하기 위한 실시예를 다음과 같이 나타내었으나 본 발명이 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다. Hereinafter, examples for illustrating the present invention in more detail are shown as follows, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

상기 표 1에 기재되어 있는 성분 및 함량에 따라 투명한 겔 타입의 외상을 제조하였다. 각 성분의 함량은 중량%이다. A transparent gel-type external wound was manufactured according to the ingredients and contents listed in Table 1 above. The content of each ingredient is expressed in weight percent.
The specific manufacturing process is as follows. After adding the thickener and water into the reactor, it was left for 10 to 20 minutes to wet it. After wetting was completed, the thickener was completely dispersed by stirring at 3000 to 5000 rpm for about 5 to 10 minutes. The water phase was prepared by sequentially adding polyol, preservative, and water-soluble additives, heating and dissolving them at about 70 to 80 °C, and then cooling them to about 40 to 50 °C. The neutralizer phase was slowly added to the water phase and stirred at 3000 to 5000 rpm for about 5 to 10 minutes while maintaining the temperature at about 40 to 50°C to form a gel-like mixture. The solubilized gel was added thereto and stirred at 3000 to 5000 rpm for about 5 to 10 minutes while maintaining the temperature at about 40 to 50°C to create a completely uniformly dispersed solubilized gel mixture. This was degassed and completed into a bubble-free form.
한편, 외상을 구성하는 각 성분의 함량에 따른 물성 차이를 비교하기 위하여, 비교예 1 내지 7을 제조하였다. Meanwhile, in order to compare differences in physical properties depending on the content of each component constituting the external wound, Comparative Examples 1 to 7 were prepared.
구체적으로, 비교예 1 내지 비교예 4는 점증제의 함량을 실시예 범위와 달리하여 제조한 것이며, 비교예 5 내지 7은 가용화제의 함량을 실시예 범위와 달리하여 제조한 것이다. 중화제는 점증제와 동일한 함량으로 추가하였으며, 나머지 성분은 실시예와 동일함 함량으로 제조하였다.Specifically, Comparative Examples 1 to 4 were prepared by varying the content of the thickener from the range of the Examples, and Comparative Examples 5 to 7 were prepared by varying the content of the solubilizer from the range of the Examples. The neutralizer was added in the same amount as the thickener, and the remaining ingredients were prepared in the same amount as in the example.

The hardness and turbidity of the compositions according to Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Examples 1 to 7 of Table 2 were measured. Here, hardness can be measured using a Fudoh rheo meter. For example, the value was measured when applied at a speed of 30 cm/min to a depth of 15 mm using a 2cm pie spindle. Then, turbidity was measured visually. The measurement results are shown in Table 2 below.

# 외상의 나머지 원료함량은 제조예1(표1)의 함량과 동일함.# The remaining raw material content of the outer box is the same as that of Manufacturing Example 1 (Table 1).
실시예를 종합해보면, 실시예1 내지 3의 경우처럼 경도 기준 25 내지 60 dyne/cm2가 적당하며 비교예1 내지 7의 경우는 경도, 투명도가 부적합한 것을 보여준다.A summary of the examples shows that, as in Examples 1 to 3, a hardness standard of 25 to 60 dyne/cm2 is appropriate, and in the case of Comparative Examples 1 to 7, hardness and transparency are inadequate.

As shown in Table 2, in the case of Comparative Example 1 containing 0.1% by weight of thickener and Comparative Example 2 containing 0.3% by weight, transparency was high, but hardness was extremely low, so there was a problem of excessively high fluidity of the formulation. In the case of Comparative Example 3, which contained 2.0% by weight of me, transparency was high, but stickiness occurred and the feeling of use was not good. In the case of Comparative Example 4, in which the thickener was included at 3.0% by weight, transparency was high, but the hardness was too high, so when discharged from the container, the internal image and mixing power were reduced, resulting in poor spreadability, which limited the expected tone-up effect.
In the case of Comparative Example 5, in which the solubilizer was included at 0.1% by weight, the solubilizer was added in an excessively small amount, causing turbidity due to the flavor oil-soluble additive. On the other hand, in the case of Comparative Example 6, in which the solubilizer was included at 2.0% by weight, turbidity did not occur, but the feeling of use was not good due to stickiness. Comparative Example 7, which contained 3.0% by weight of solubilizer, also had the problem of being sticky and causing high skin irritation.
In conclusion, when the content of the components forming the external wound is in the range of Examples 1 to 3, the thickener is 0.7 to 1.4% by weight, and the solubilizer is 0.8 to 1.5% by weight, it has high transparency and a non-sticky feeling, and the internal wound has a high transparency and a non-sticky feeling. When discharging, it was confirmed that it had enough hardness to move freely without resistance from the pump nozzle of the container, and that mixing of the internal and external surfaces was also good after discharging out of the container.
따라서 점증제와 가용화제의 중간값으로 구성된 실시예 2의 경우가 가장 우수한 안정성과 점도, 사용감을 가진 원료 구성의 적절한 예라고 평가할 수 있었다. Therefore, Example 2, which consisted of an intermediate value of thickener and solubilizer, could be evaluated as an appropriate example of a raw material composition with the best stability, viscosity, and feeling of use.

An O/W (oil-in-water) type inner bed was prepared according to the ingredients and contents listed in Table 3 above. The content of each ingredient is expressed in weight percent. The specific inner wound manufacturing method is as follows. After adding water, titanium dioxide, and iron oxide pigment into the reactor, a thickener was added while stirring to completely disperse, and polyol and preservative were sequentially added and then heated and dissolved at about 70 to 80 ° C to homogenize. Each type of emulsifier, wax, and oil was added into the oil phase reactor, then heated and dissolved at about 70 to 80°C and homogenized to form an oil phase. The oil phase in the oil phase reactor was slowly added to the water phase in the reactor, and then emulsified at 3000 to 4000 rpm for about 5 to 10 minutes while maintaining the temperature at about 70 to 80°C to form an emulsion mixture. After emulsification, the neutralizer phase was slowly added and neutralized at 3000 to 4000 rpm for about 2 to 4 minutes while maintaining the temperature at about 70 to 80 °C. By cooling it to about 35-40°C while stirring, it was stabilized to have uniform and dense particles. By defoaming it, it was completed into a bubble-free form.
Generally, when filling the inner case of an oil-in-water (O/W) formulation into an outer case of an oil-in-water (O/W) type, there is a problem of the formulations mixing together and spreading because both formulations are water-dispersible. To minimize the spreading phenomenon, carbomer and potassium alginate were added to form a scar and a film. It is also important to select an emulsifier that can minimize the spreading phenomenon. Therefore, in order to compare the physical properties of each emulsifier and find the optimal emulsifier, Example 1 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3 were prepared using sorbitan-based, lecithin-based, glycolipid-based, and glucose-based emulsifiers. In common, water, thickener, polyol, and preservatives were used as water phase components, wax and oil were included as oil phase components, and a neutralizing agent was added as a neutralizing agent.
상기 제조된 내상을 칼슘염 수용액에 일정량으로 떨어뜨려 저어주면서 캡슐의 형태를 만든후 캡슐액정을 체로 거른후 모아서 내상으로 완성하였다. A certain amount of the prepared inner phase was dropped into the calcium salt aqueous solution and stirred to form a capsule, and then the capsule liquid crystals were filtered through a sieve and collected to form the inner phase.
실험예 2: 내상의 유화제 종류 별 번짐 및 탁도 측정 Experimental Example 2: Measurement of spreading and turbidity by type of emulsifier in the inner phase
# 내상의 나머지 원료함량은 실시예3(표3)의 함량과 동일함.# The remaining raw material content in the inner case is the same as that in Example 3 (Table 3).
상기 실시예 1 및 비교예 1 내지 3의 내상을 외상 혼합한 뒤, 상기 실시예에서 제조한 외상 내로 내상 캡슐을 주입하면서 입체적 형상을 만들었다. 외상은 상기 실시예 1의 외상을 이용하였다. 내상과 외상이 혼합이 완료된 후, 내상이 외상 내에서 번짐 현상이 발생하는지, 내상에 탁도가 발생하였는지 육안으로 관찰하였다. After externally mixing the internal phases of Example 1 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3, the internal phase capsule was injected into the external phase prepared in the above Example to create a three-dimensional shape. The trauma of Example 1 was used as the trauma. After the mixing of the inner and outer wounds was completed, it was observed with the naked eye to see whether the inner wound spread within the outer wound or whether turbidity occurred in the inner wound.
실시예 1 및 비교예 1 내지 3을 사진으로 순서대로 도 4 (실시예1, 비교예1, 비교예 2, 비교예 3)에 나타내었다. Example 1 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3 are sequentially shown in photographs in Figure 4 (Example 1, Comparative Example 1, Comparative Example 2, and Comparative Example 3).
(표 4) As a result, as shown in FIG. 4 and Table 4 below, it was confirmed that the inner case of Example 1 hardly caused any bleeding or turbidity, while in Comparative Examples 1 to 3, fine bleeding or turbidity occurred. In conclusion, when a sorbitan-based emulsifier is used, it is possible to form dense liquid crystals with a dense structure, realizing a high-density O/W form in which the oil particles are more densely split, thereby forming a stable emulsion with less oil components coming out. Confirmed. (Table 4)

내상을 구성하는 각 성분의 함량에 따른 물성 차이를 비교하기 위하여, 비교예 1 내지 7을 제조하였다. 비교예1 및 비교예 7은 점증제의 함량을 실시예 범위와 달리하여 제조한 것이다. 중화제는 점증제와 동일한 함량으로 추가하였으며, 나머지 성분은 실시예(표3)와 동일함 함량으로 제조하였다. In order to compare differences in physical properties depending on the content of each component constituting the inner phase, Comparative Examples 1 to 7 were prepared. Comparative Examples 1 and 7 were prepared by varying the content of the thickener from the range of the examples. The neutralizer was added in the same amount as the thickener, and the remaining ingredients were prepared in the same amount as in the Example (Table 3).
The stability of the formulation on the inside and outside according to Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Examples 1 to 7 and the degree of mixing when discharging from the container were evaluated. Formulation stability was evaluated by putting the cosmetic composition in a transparent container and visually observing separation according to temperature conditions after one month under room temperature conditions of 25°C. After mixing the inner capsule with the outer capsule, it was stored at room temperature and visually checked to see if it had spread. In addition, in order to determine spreadability and adhesion when applied to the skin, the degree of mixing of the internal and external phases was evaluated when discharging from the container with a pump.
경도는 25 내지 60 dyne/cm2 일때가 가장 안정적으로 판단되었으며 그 중에서 실시예 1의 경우가 가장 바람직하였다. The hardness was judged to be most stable when it was 25 to 60 dyne/cm2, and among them, Example 1 was the most preferable.

실험예 3의 결과를 보면 실시예 1의 경우, 점증제 0.7 중량% 일 때가 50 dyne/cm2의 경도를 나타내어 가장 안정적인 결과를 볼 수 있었다. 이를 표 5 및 도 7 에 나타내었다. Looking at the results of Experimental Example 3, in Example 1, when the thickener was 0.7% by weight, the hardness was 50 dyne/cm2, showing the most stable results. This is shown in Table 5 and Figure 7.
용기 토출후 내외상 혼합도 비교 도 5[(혼합도 양호(좌), 혼합도 불량(우)] Comparison of internal and external mixing degrees after discharging the container (Figure 5) (good mixing (left), poor mixing (right))
점증제의 총량이 0.5 중량%로 포함된 비교예 2의 경우, 고온에서 분리되는 현상이 발생하였고, 점증제의 총량이 0.85 중량%로 포함된 비교예 3의 경우, 경도가 높아 노즐을 통해 내상이 버겁게 토출되어 피부에 바를 때 내외상이 골고루 혼합이 안되어 퍼짐성이 좋지 못하는 문제가 있었다. In the case of Comparative Example 2, where the total amount of the thickener was 0.5% by weight, separation occurred at high temperature, and in the case of Comparative Example 3, where the total amount of the thickener was 0.85% by weight, internal damage occurred through the nozzle due to the high hardness. There was a problem with the dispersion being poor because the inner and outer surfaces were not evenly mixed when applied to the skin due to the heavy discharge.
점증제의 총량이 0.65 중량%의 실시예 3과 0.75 중량%의 실시예 2의 경우 전체적으로 안정된 상태와 사용감을 보였다. 따라서 최적범위는 점증제의 총량이 0.7중량%의 실시예1의 상태가 가장 안정적이라는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. Example 3, where the total amount of thickener was 0.65% by weight, and Example 2, where the total amount of thickener was 0.75% by weight, showed an overall stable state and feeling of use. Therefore, the optimal range was that Example 1, where the total amount of thickener was 0.7% by weight, was the most stable.
점증제의 총량이 0.85 중량% 이상인 비교예 3 내지 7의 경우, 내상의 경도가 지나치게 높아 용기 펌푸를 통해 토출되었을 때 내상이 외상과 혼합되지 못하고 따로 겉도는 문제가 있었다. In the case of Comparative Examples 3 to 7 in which the total amount of the thickener was 0.85% by weight or more, the hardness of the inner casing was too high, so when discharged through the container pump, there was a problem that the inner casing could not be mixed with the outer casing and was released separately.
결론적으로, 내상을 이루는 구성성분의 함량이 실시예 1 및 3의 범위인 경우, 노즐을 통해 토출되어 나올 수 있는 정도의 경도를 가지며, 외상에 충진되었을 때 고온에서 분리되거나 번짐 없이 장기간 안정적으로 유지될 수 있음을 확인하였다. In conclusion, when the content of the components forming the inner case is within the range of Examples 1 and 3, it has a hardness that allows it to be discharged through a nozzle, and when filled in the external case, it remains stable for a long period of time without separating or spreading at high temperatures. It has been confirmed that this can be done.
