More specifically, the present invention uses an anionic surfactant that has higher adsorption properties for wool materials than nonionic surfactants, and in particular, adjusts the number of alkyl chains of the anionic surfactant and the added mole number of ethylene oxide to produce wool. The aim is to provide a detergent composition that reduces shrinkage of materials after washing and at the same time improves washing performance.
Description
The present invention relates to a detergent composition for wet cleaning of natural materials such as wool (WOOL) materials.
In general, washing, a process of removing contamination from textiles or clothing, is broadly classified into two types.
The first method is a general washing method that disperses a surfactant in water, increases the alkalinity of the water to remove contamination, rinses, and then dehydrates and dries. This method uses laundry detergent.
The second method is to use solvents (for example, natural protein fibers such as wool or silk fabrics and artificial silk or acetate fibers) that can cause deformation on the surface and inside of the fiber, causing loss of luster and shrinkage or relaxation. Oil-based contamination is removed using so-called petroleum-based, chlorine-based, glycol ester-based, cyclic silicone or silicone-based, fluorine-based, terpene oil-based such as limonene, etc., and the solvent is removed from the clothing by a physical method, then dried to remove the solvent. volatilizes. The second method is called dry cleaning.
For natural materials such as wool, contaminants are usually removed through dry cleaning, but contaminants can also be removed through the first method, wet cleaning.
When wet cleaning natural materials such as wool, special detergents are used.
However, when a surfactant containing a protein component is used, the foaming properties are so good that there is a problem that bubbles remain in the laundry even after washing.
Conversely, if the content of surfactant containing protein in the detergent is reduced, there is a problem that the shrinkage rate of the wool material increases after washing.
Accordingly, when wet cleaning wool materials, a new detergent specifically for wet cleaning is required that does not generate residual air bubbles after washing and does not increase the shrinkage rate of the material.
The object of the present invention is to provide a novel detergent composition specifically for wet cleaning with a new system.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a detergent composition exclusively for wet cleaning of wool materials that leaves no residual bubbles after washing.

In addition, in the detergent composition of the present invention, the content of the combination of the anionic surfactant and the nonionic surfactant is preferably 30% by weight or more among the active ingredients of the detergent composition of the present invention. Here, active ingredients refer to ingredients that affect the reduction of shrinkage and cleaning power of wool materials, and ingredients that do not affect the reduction of shrinkage or cleaning power of wool materials, such as solvents, are not active ingredients. If the content of the combination of the anionic surfactant and the nonionic surfactant is less than 30% by weight of the active ingredients of the detergent composition of the present invention, the shrinkage reduction and cleaning power of the wool material required in the present invention may not be achieved. .
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail through preferred embodiments of the present invention.

4) (-): Contraction, (+): Elongation
(2) Evaluation of cleaning power
Since it is important for detergents not to lose dye in laundry, the degree of color loss and color transfer of the dye was evaluated for each product.
In the case of color change and color transfer, since the amount of change is quantified, it can be interpreted that the larger the number, the more change has occurred. It is the same as washing power in that the reflectance values before and after washing are used to calculate the results, but the difference in color is quantified rather than as a percentage, and the result is calculated as a △E value.
The above shrinkage rate and cleaning power evaluation results are shown in Table 2 below.
From the above results, it can be confirmed that the detergent composition of the present invention reduces the shrinkage rate of wool materials and has excellent cleaning power.
It can be confirmed that the examples of the present invention all have low shrinkage rates and excellent cleaning power compared to commercially available wool-specific detergents.
