Description
The present invention relates to a color photovoltaic module including a color fading prevention layer. More specifically, the present invention relates to a color photovoltaic module including a color fading prevention layer that prevents deterioration of a color layer by UV and improves adhesion of an interface between the color layer and a transparent substrate.
그 중에 대표적인 기술인 태양광 기술을 이용하여 건물 옥상이나 외벽에 태양광 발전 모듈을 부착하는 BAPV(Building attached photovoltaic), BIPV(Building Integrated Photovoltaic) 등이 기술이 각광을 받고 있다. In accordance with the recent declaration of carbon neutrality, many technologies are being used to implement a zero-energy house for carbon reduction. Among them, technologies such as BAPV (Building attached photovoltaic) and BIPV (Building Integrated Photovoltaic), which attach photovoltaic power generation modules to the rooftop or outer wall of a building using photovoltaic technology, which are representative technologies, are in the limelight.
이를 개선하기 위해 보호 유리에 색상을 갖는 PVB(polyvinyl butyral) 필름을 부착하거나 EVA(ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer) 필름 아래에 색상을 갖는 필름이나 컬러 모듈레이션 층을 도입하는 방법 등이 개발되었다. Among them, building-integrated photovoltaic is a building material that replaces building exterior materials and performs both the functions of building exterior materials and solar power generation modules. However, it is difficult to expect aesthetic effects when applied to buildings as silicon solar cells, which are most often used for manufacturing photovoltaic power generation modules, are opaque and monochromatic. To improve this, a method of attaching a polyvinyl butyral (PVB) film having a color to the protective glass or introducing a film having a color or a color modulation layer under an ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) film has been developed. Most recently, for the use of building-integrated solar cells, a patterning layer is inserted at the bottom of the glass to generate power to the part through which light passes, and the remaining part is made to reflect light to create a color and a technology that can hide the lower solar cell has been introduced. .
When such a solar cell module is exposed to UV, the life of the module may be shortened due to damage to its appearance due to discoloration of an encapsulant or penetration of moisture due to a change in physical properties. In order to overcome this reliability problem, the technology of attaching a protective film on the glass panel or inserting UV absorbing materials (phosphor, UV absorbing resin, semiconductor material) under the front glass panel or the composition of materials that absorb UV well A patent for this is being presented. For example, as shown in (a) of FIG. 1, a UV blocking photovoltaic power generation module having a UV protection layer on a transparent front glass panel, or a transparent front glass panel as shown in (b) of FIG. 1 Shown below is a UV-blocking photovoltaic module equipped with a UV protective layer.
In addition, in the case of a building-integrated solar cell equipped with a

According to one embodiment of the present invention, the color photovoltaic module includes a color
The metal oxide nanoparticles used as the UV blocker may be any metal oxide nanoparticles generally used in the art as a UV blocker. For example, it may be at least one metal oxide nanoparticle selected from the group consisting of tin oxide, zinc oxide, cerium oxide, tungsten oxide, titanium oxide, zirconium oxide, and iron oxide nanoparticles, but is not limited thereto. The particle size of the metal oxide nanoparticles is not particularly limited, and generally commercially available metal oxide nanoparticles may be used.
Since it should not absorb visible light, preferably, at least one metal oxide nanoparticle selected from the group consisting of zinc oxide, titanium oxide, zirconium oxide, and cerium oxide nanoparticles may be used.
The color
Furthermore, the color
In the color
In addition, the color
The color
The color fading prevention layer preferably has an average transmittance of 30% or less for ultraviolet rays of 200 nm to 400 nm. Since the lower transmittance of ultraviolet rays of 200 nm to 400 nm is preferable for preventing discoloration of the color layer of the photovoltaic module, the lower limit of the average transmittance of ultraviolet rays of 200 nm to 400 nm is not particularly limited. When the average transmittance for ultraviolet rays of 200 nm to 400 nm exceeds 30%, the color layer dye of the photovoltaic module deteriorates, which is not preferable in view of the effectiveness of the color fading prevention layer.
The color fading prevention layer has an average transmittance of 80% or more, preferably 85% or more, for visible light having a wavelength of 400 nm to 1200 nm. If the average transmittance for visible light with a wavelength of 400 to 1200 nm is less than 80%, it is not preferable to block light necessary for solar power generation. The upper limit value for the average visible light transmittance is not particularly limited, since a higher average transmittance for visible light is preferable for photovoltaic power generation.
The average transmittance for ultraviolet rays of 200 nm to 400 nm and the average transmittance of visible rays of 400 nm to 1200 nm are achieved by the content and/or thickness of the UV blocker of the color fading prevention layer.
The measurement wavelength was measured while scanning a range of 200 nm to 1200 nm, which is generally the power generation range of a silicon solar cell. Transmittance graphs obtained from the specimens (AS) to (DS) of FIG. 3 are shown in FIG. 4 .
Ultraviolet rays are divided into three types according to the wavelength: UV-A of 320 to 400 nm, UV-B of 280 to 320 nm, and UV-C of 100 to 280 nm. UV-C, which is an ultra-short wavelength, is mostly absorbed by the ozone layer in nature, and UV-B is mostly absorbed by the glass layer, which is a front transparent substrate. UV-A, which is a long wavelength among UV rays, penetrates the inside of the solar cell module through glass and causes deterioration of the color layer or the sealing layer.
As shown in FIG. 4, the (BS) specimen provided with the color fading

As shown in the schematic diagrams of (AM) to (DM) of FIG. 5, the

전류밀도(Jsc)는 Electrochemical Station(VSP CLB-2000, Bio-Logic Science Instruments)에 태양광 발전 모듈을 연결한 후 광원으로 Solar Simulator(Sun 3000, Class AAA, ABET Technology)를 사용하여 태양광 발전 모듈의 J-V curve 를 측정하여 도 6에 나타내었다. Current density (J sc ) and open circuit voltage (Voc) were measured using a solar simulator. The current density (J sc ) was measured by connecting the solar power module to the Electrochemical Station (VSP CLB-2000, Bio-Logic Science Instruments) and then using the Solar Simulator (Sun 3000, Class AAA, ABET Technology) as a light source for solar power generation. The JV curve of the module was measured and shown in FIG. 6 . The scan speed at this time was 100 mV/s and was measured in the voltage range of V OC to 0 V.

(AM) and (BM) showed no significant difference in Jsc and efficiency change. In the case of (CM), Jsc was greatly reduced due to a loss of transmittance of visible red/green light, but (CM) and the (DM) module with color fading prevention layer showed almost the same Jsc and efficiency. That is, it was experimentally confirmed that the (DM) module having the color fading prevention layer did not affect module efficiency while protecting the color layer from discoloration. In the case of (CM) and (DM) modules corresponding to actual color modules, Jsc showed a difference of 0.2 mA/cm 2 , indicating the same Jsc.
