본 발명 매일매일의 정신상태 개선을 위해 출원한 것으로서, 본 발명은 정신을 진단하여 그날그날의 생활에 도움을 제공함에 목적이 있다. 이렇게 매일매일의 정신상태를 자가적으로 진단함으로써 자신의 심리상태를 알게 되어 일상생활 중에 이전보다 자신을 절제하게 된다.

정신 심리상태 진단 어플리케이션{Psychological state diagnosis application}
본 발명은 매일의 정신 상태를 점검하는 어플리케이션에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 사용자가 여러 개의 정신진단 리스트를 체크하여 매일의 정신 상태를 알게 되어 생활하는 데에 도움을 줄 수 있게 되는 것이다.
일반적으로 정신 진단 어플리케이션이 흔히 생각하는 것과는 거리가 멀다.
그러나 현재 코로나 사태로 흔히 이용되는 자가진단 시스템과 유사하게 매일매일의 정신을 진단하는 시스템이다. 특히 정신적인 문제로 인해 많은 문제가 발생하여 일상생활에 어려움이 생기는 오늘날에 꼭 필요한 것이다.

따라서 본 발명은 상기와 같은 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 출원한 것으로서, 본 발명은 정신을 진단하여 그날그날의 생활에 도움을 제공함에 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 진단사항이 5개가 있다. 첫째는 당신은 아침에 일어났을 때 기분이 괜찮았는가? 이고 둘째는 현재 기분은 괜찮은가? 이다 셋째로는 근 1주일간의 감정은 괜찮은 편인가? 이고 넷째는 무기력하고 모든 게 쓸모없이 느껴지는가? 이다 마지막은 잠을 자거나 숙면을 취하는데 어려움을 겪는가?
등의 질문을 통해 사용자의 기분을 파악한다.
당신은 아침에 일어났을 때 기분이 괜찮았는가? ,현재 기분은 괜찮은가?, 근 1주일간의 감정은 괜찮은 편인가? ,무기력하고 모든 게 쓸모없이 느껴지는가?,잠을 자거나 숙면을 취하는데 어려움을 겪는가? 등의 내용을 통해 기분을 파악함으로써 하루의 시작을 어떻게 해야 될지를 알게끔 해준다. 이러한 수단으로 자신의 심리상태를 알게 된다면 일상생활 중에 이전보다 자신을 절제하게 된다.

2. 현재 기분은 괜찮은가?
3. 근 1주일간의 감정은 괜찮은 편인가?
4. 무기력하고 모든 게 쓸모없이 느껴지는가?
5.잠을 자거나 숙면을 취하는데 어려움을 겪었는가?
의 질문으로 감정을 판단한다. 사용시 예 혹은 아니요로 답이 나온다.
그때에 부정적인 감정을 느낀다는 답변이 1개,2개,3개,4개,5개 까지 나올 수 있다. 부정적인 감정을 느낀다는 답변이 0개이면 기분 최상 1개이면 기분 상 2개이면 기분 양호 3개이면 기분 좋지 않음,4개이면 나쁨 5개이면 최악으로 분류된다.
