Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a complex gas detection sensor having a FET structure, and more particularly, as a countermeasure to the problems of a complex gas sensor having a simple arrangement structure using a conventional single gas sensor, it is possible to selectively detect both oxidizing gas and reducing gas. It relates to a complex gas detection sensor having an FET structure that can be used.
Conventionally, in order to simultaneously analyze reducing gas and oxidizing gas, CO 2 and NO 2 gas, each gas sensor is arranged one by one on the same substrate and analyzed. The complex gas sensor of the simple arrangement method of such a single gas sensor has a problem of low economic feasibility due to high energy consumption as well as an increase in volume. In addition, most of the gas sensors are catalytic combustion, resistive, or electrochemical gas sensors, and can only detect gases with a concentration of ~ppm. However, with the development of the 4th industrial technology, the importance of miniaturization and low power consumption technology has been highlighted due to the high integration of semiconductors, and a technical solution to the large area problem and high energy consumption of the simple array structure of a single gas sensor has become necessary. In addition, harmful gases to the human body generated at industrial sites using organic and inorganic chemicals such as semiconductors cause fatal diseases to the human body at ~ppb concentrations, so it is difficult to manage safety with existing ~ppm class concentration analysis sensors.
Therefore, the present invention was created to solve the above problems, and detects two or more types of gases separately by using a field effect transistor (FET) structure to detect ~ppb concentrations of CO 2 and NO 2 gases. Its purpose is to provide an invention for a new gas sensor that divides two or more types of selective gas sensing materials or parameters of an electrical output signal into two or more types so that
